This past year I have purchased 2 birthday packages one for each of my kids. The Lazer Kraze employees are always extremely helpful and attentive. They take care of everything from checking you in to cutting the cake. They offer several party packages, i always get the trampoline and one game of laser tag which seems to keep the kids busy and happy. You are not allowed to bring in outside food, but that is okay with me because the pizza they offer is great! They also offer fountain drinks and ice cream dessert cups if you would like. The party hosts were both fun and I was happy to have them interact with he kids. They let me bring in my own treat bags but you can also purchase them there at a reasonable price. They will box the cake for you and let you take it but I always leave it because they say the teens that work there will eat it and they need a treat too :-).

Weve held many parties here throughout the years, always a ton of fun! Our most recent birthday party was in December. I like that lazer kraze is offering discounted parties on their slower week days now. We held a party on Thursday and pretty much had the place to ourselves! There are a lot of arcade games here so even if the younger kids arent playing lazer tag they have plenty of things to entertain them. The lazer tag room itself is a two level maze of fun with lots of extra nodes to gather points. The teenagers who work here are generally friendly, the party helpers are very efficient. They also have a trampoline park here that is fun, my kids get bored of it pretty quick though. Lazer kraze offers a lot of different party options to choose from on their website. Highly recommend this place for girls or boys parties!

While my experience with the majority of the time I spent there was positive , when I went to the manager about a complaint about a customer (who is apparently a regular) he made up excuses defending the customer despite the fact that they were abusing glitches and were being rude to the employee running the laser tag missions, as well as unplugging the vests if one of the people in my group. All customers should be treated equally. Taylor was great, however I will not return to a place that management condones cheating and does nothing when the regulars unplug other players vests. I was in a group of 7 but preferential treatment towards people who are there everyday is unacceptable.

Took my two of my kids and their friends there for a birthday party. We paid for three games and bought some pizza. I think the entire gig cost me under $75. Not too bad considering they had a lot of fun as the package also included some free game tokens and free drinks. My kids talked about going back several times. The only downside is what is normal at a place like this. It can quickly suck more money out of your wallet if you are not careful as there is a cost for everything. In addition, its about 30 minutes between rounds which leaves you with a number of boys and video games they are going to want to play.

DDR Machine is complete garbage. Both pads need all sensors replaced, the buttons on the cabinet were so sticky that I had to go wet a paper towel from the bathroom and clean the machine before I could even use it. Even when passing songs, it would always fail me out on the final stage after about 15-30 seconds of the song playing. Management refused to refund and was very rude to the poor girl at the counter that I asked for help. Hire a better maintenance man, half of the cabinets in the "Huge Arcade" arent functioning.

A Private User

One customer told us he had been complaining for weeks about a certain other customer who constantly used racist remarks and was always rude to everyone but the management wont do anything about it. Our birthday group got to experience this firsthand and it almost ended in blows being thrown. Other than that, the place is fun if you can ignore the rude management, although the young man that helped our group was quite nice.

Smashing. Go just about every Friday night during the summers, people there are nice, the place is clean, and the lazering is very fun. Ive been to a couple other lazer tag arenas, all of which were walled off rooms with some tubes around. However, the two leveled facility at Lazer Kraze adds a lot of dynamics in game. And the arena is fitted with very well crafted barriers and obstacles. Which makes for a great experience.

We went for my cousins birthday. My son had so much fun. I feel that the plus to Lazer Kraze is the jumping area. All ages could participate and everyone had a good time. The party host, Nick, was very sweet and helpful. After the party we stayed and played video games. Of course earning tickets was my sons agenda. The prizes for the tickets he won werent bad, either.

Lammmeeee, just go to skyzone it suxxxxxx. Signed a waiver to jump, then had to get babysat while we jumped. It was just the three of my friends and I on the trampoline area and she sat there watching us telling us we cant have our phones out. Just lame affff honestly. Just go to skyzone.

Not the best laser tag arena, but not the worst. Make sure you ask the person officiating the matches to tell you about bases and so forth or they wont tell you. Employees seem bored.

Great place for kids. Good for parties. A bit expensive unless you have a coupon. This is a new facility and allows for parents to easily watch their kids.

Great fun for the kiddos. You dont have to do lazer tag (but its fun for adults too) as they have immersive video games and wall-to-wall trampolines too.

Great indoor kid option with laser tag, trampolines and arcade. They do offer some combo package offers. Not cheap but very enjoyable and clean location.
