Worst experience in any establishment I have ever atteneded. Tonight we decided to take our daughter out for her birthday and treat her to games, pizza, laser tag, and bowling. We get there and of course we expected a wait on a lane for bowling (40 min this time), so we buy a game card and decide to play some games. After playing some games we decided to go seat down and get some food; after 20 minutes and several waiters passing us WITHOUT acknowledging us, our buzzer rang so we went to our lane and decided we would just order food there. Three times, I REPEAT THREE TIMES, we requested a server and no one came, but we seen plenty, some working, but most chilling, flirting, and/or hanging with the homies! Finally after hearing my daughter complain several times about how hungry she was my boyfriend approached the front counter and asked to speak with a manager. Comes in Mr. Carlos, my boyfriend explained how we have been patiently waiting and still no service... he said I will get someone over immediately. 2 minutes later our "server" Ms. Ali approaches our lane, my boyfriend apologizes to her about the confusion and she responds "black people are usually the ones that complain!" (Mind you she is black and so is he), my boyfriend just stares at her and then she proceeds and ask him "what did we want to order, but just so you know you only have 10 minutes left on your lane!" At this point my boyfriend was over it and simply replied "why would we order anything if at this point we only have ten minutes?" Ms. Alis demeanor at this point becomes very aggressive and she says"well why did you even bother...you know what (slams notebook) ya have a goodnight!" My boyfriend is just standing there baffled at this womens actions and decides to just walk away and leave it, but I was NOT going to leave without addressing this with the Manager (Mr. Carlos). I go back to the counter and explain to him the above and remind him that yes we asked for a server and yes we ended up saying we no longer wanted to order but hat was only because it took his "server" 50 minutes during our 1 hour lane rental to come and "serve" us. He said ok Ill take care of it, well 5 minutes later I look back to the front desk and Ms. Ali and Mr. Carlos are laughing it up. Needless to say we will NEVER EVER do business here, and just to add we will never refer anyone here & I myself am a director of a childcare center that has made previous field trips with this business, but will not continue to do business or have field trips at this location EVER AGAIN! Side note- if I could leave 0 stars I would!

During our 1 expensive hour of bowling we were able to get 1 round of drinks 40 minutes in after time spent hunting down 3 employees (and at 20 min in asking the girl leaned up against the ball racks, on her phone, how we could get service.. she lazily pointed at our server who we couldnt get over to us and finally had to find another waitress to relay our order, the drinks were gone in >5 minutes since it was mostly ice anyway and we were left looking around and still wanting at least SOMETHING to drink, even a glass of water) We kept it simple and ordered a pretzel when we ordered the drinks and it finally showed up as our lane time ended, completely stale and cold. I then had to find a 4th person to help us get it removed from our bill and get the check so that we could actually leave since we definitely werent going to stay there to eat a cold, hard pretzel and wait 40 more minutes for something to wash it down with. When I complained about what had been going on and the complete lack of service, the only suggestion the employee had was "so, do you want to buy more lane time?" Excuse me, but, HUH? I called multiple times to reach a manager the next day to let them know their staff was ridiculously rude and unprofessional... our "waitress" never greeted us or asked us if we wanted anything, she dropped our drinks without saying a word (our only interaction) after we were forced to order from someone else. And after our interaction with 8+ staff we never received any friendly customer service. I left my info with 2 employees and even a voicemail after I tried to work around their phone menus to get to the managers personal line that never answers, never got a call back. Mind you this was NOT a busy night, 10 lanes were open and it was 3hrs before closing. Ive spent WELL over $1,000 here playing in the arcade, pool, and drinks and the service has always been utter garbage but thats my final straw. Not at all worth suffering through the awful staff. We left thirsty, hungry, and super annoyed at the entire experience and waste of money. Oh and ours and our neighboring lane got balls stuck in the return so we had to hunt down even more employees to hunt down maintanace, so our lane also wasnt even working for over 10min of the hour. Had we been able to get service, a snack, and actually bowl we would have bought another hour and a few rounds of drinks... Why have 30 employees lounging around and no one even helping anyone or even trying to be friendly?

I visit your facility on Saturday 1/3/15 and I must say that the atmosphere was very outstanding, but the service was HORRIBLE!!! The waitress that was serving us (Aja) we literally had to chase her down to place an order. She took forever to bring drinks and to take the orders. But that isnt the worst part of the night... We tried to get drinks from the bar and the bartenders wasnt serving the front part of the bar. We was simply ignored for 15 mins until I tracked down a waiter named Denzel and ask if he would order me a drink. He stated that the bartenders (all 4/5 of them) were backed up but he will place it for me. He was very pleasant and helpful. After I tried to place another order from the bar, I found out that the bar was OUT OF GLASSES and thats the reason the bar was behind. I asked the bartender if she can use my same glass and she can make me a drink, but she gave me so much attitude saying that she had so many orders to fill and I said well thats fine and I can wait. Then she stated that I needed to place the order with a waitress/waiter. The manager came over and she wasnt any better than the bartender. The bartender stated that I have to make all this orders (from the tickets) and then she pointed to the people that was sitting at the bar saying and I have to make their drinks also. But once again Denzel went above and washed out some glasses to give to the bartender to make drinks. By that time, I went over to the other side of the bar and a Caucasian girl made my drink right away with a smile. But that wasnt the end of this, when we placed the order with Denzel there was a special on margaritas $4.00 but when we placed the order with the bartender the price was $5.59...So being that this was my first experience here, I was very disappointed with the service,the fact that the bar wasnt fully stock for service and price difference. The only reason we did not leave was because as I stated, the atmosphere was great for the kids and they was really enjoying all the activities and wanted to bowl which took 3 hours to wait. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
