Wanted to bowl locally and this one is closer then the Norcross bowling alley which from word of mouth i heard is nicer and has pool tables. We had to wait w.e its 25 minutes and it was packed. They had 2 people working the shift. 1 lady and this guy that couldnt work the computer. Must be new. So then the lady comes 15 minutes later to simply hold our lane and the debit card. Which i found strange. Why not hold a license instead with all this fraud that happens. So we wait 25 minute to bowl in this lounge area with 2 dart boards. Were excited cuz thats a cool way to kill time but to our surprise...no darts!!! Wtf i mean cmon. So we finally get our lane. We get these old ass shoes. The laces look old, shoes look ancient and gross. Smh. The annoying part aside from the rest is the bowling balls kept getting stuck. It happened the whole time! Then to top it off my daughter saw the pretzels they have and tells me she wants one. $4.69 for a cinnamon pretzel that barely had "cinnamon" on it and when i tried it, it tasted plain. I almost didnt get it because they had none prepared so i had to wait like 10 minutes for that. I had fun bowling with family, it had been a while but honestly the quality of service and the technical difficulties makes me feel generous for giving them 2 stars. It was $2 to bowl so i guess u get what u pay for but Ill pass on this next time. Thanks

Were regular bowlers in the Atlanta area. Came to Brunswick Lilburn and the young blonde lady (Natalie) was very rude and unaccommodating. After waiting patiently in a slightly unorganized line for our turn to order a lane, it became our turn, and she literally just stood there looking over us, as if we were not there. I didnt speak up just yet because I thought perhaps she wasnt finished with the group in front of us. Another customer walks up out of nowhere and Natalies like, "Hi!" in the most fake voice ever...I then informed Natalie that we were next in line and she replied with a shrug of her shoulders as to say,"So what?" "Theres a 40 minute wait, I can put you on the list..."Her attitude was so REAL and UNNECESSARY. All she had to say was, "I apologize maam...what can I get for you?" Ive worked in customer service for years and although it gets hectic sometimes Ive never had an attitude like that. Avoid this place... it smells like feet anyway.

Bar: Dont drink the alcohol unread its bottled...the young lady they have add a bar tender has no clue what shes doing. I ordered a Margarita, and a friend a hurricane and they were both unsatisfactory. So bad we couldnt even force ourselves to drink them so we wouldnt lose our money. She had to look up the ingredients...the drinks should have came out a whole lot better. Additionally, she put waaaaaayyyyy too much salt on the rim of my glass. Bowling alley customer service: overall great, they can stand to do a little better organizing the lines, we had to address two parties who cut in front of us... They were very helpful in aiding a first time bowler several times! Food is what youd expect I guess, nothing spectacular, pricing is typical.

I am not sure what the last review is about but I go to this location maybe 3 times a week and I also bowl at other centers as well. This center is BY FAR the best one and my personal favorite. The employees are great and always remember my name and greet me nice and friendly every time I go. The new employees and management are doing a GREAT job at keeping customers happy, and not just the league bowlers. I highly recommend this bowling center for any occasion. I guarantee you will leave happy and satisfied with your service!

I bowl at Brunswick Zone lanes every week for league play. The lanes have been very well kept. I enjoy the sincerity and attentiveness of the staff. The food is decent, nothing to revel about, but definitely decent. I have not experienced the leisure side of bowling at these lanes (i.e. glow bowl) so I cant really comment on how it would be for say a date or family night. I figure if its good for league play cant be that much different for leisure play, right?

Lanes were greasier than churches chicken. Never seen a bar, bowling ally or otherwise, that wouldnt let you start a tab. Front desk couldnt pay attention long enough for you to rent shoes, which were stacked a mile high right in front of us. Friend got tired of waiting and helped himself to them. Definitely a bowling ally for little kids, not for the late night bowler, which I believe is why they make you pay ahead for every game ahead of time.

By far the best set of Lanes in Metro Atlanta. Also, in my opinion, the best pro shop still around as well. Unfortunately, the food is inedible, the bar has nothing to offer the modern, slightly more sophisticated drinker, and the service is so bad its literally frightening. Literally. Frightening. But, lets focus on "Best Lanes in Metro Atlanta."

When we paid for the lane and games, I specifically asked for the gutter bumpers for the kids. I had to go back and ask bc he didnt come raise them. Then I rolled the first ball and realized he didnt turn in the ball return. I had to go ask him. Aside from that, lanes were decent but balls were pretty beat up.

Great bowling and great memories. How many times have I been here with a random church youth group? 13. Actually I dont know how many but I really love this place for the fantastic bowling, cleanliness, and gracious staff. Dont go on league night!

My friend slipped and fell. He ended up breaking his head, and I had to drive him to the hospital. Dont get me wrong, this place is great, but the fact that I had to drive just doesnt sit well. Next time I think a manager should drive him.

Fun spot for family bowling, they have a mini arcade & pool, food is ok. In my opinion the cosmic bowling is best. They have fun trivia games which all bowling participants can partake in. The bathrooms are decent until the weekend.

The young lady at the front desk wasnt too friendly..thr poor guy at the good counter was by himself and the so called manager on duty sat in his buty in the office...another customer had to go complain just to get him to come out

Great time with kids. The price was reasonable to bowl and feed 4 without feeling overwhelmed. Kids enjoyed the cheese pizza and fries. They talked about it so much I had to get a slice, lol.

This is the best Bowling alley in town. I enjoy Brunswick, over others, due to the recently updated facilities, and friendly staff. They have a bowling league for kids 3-4 and up!

The floor was slippery near the foul line at both lanes we tried. Ive never experienced this at any other bowling place (two others). Left early feeling cheated.
