I went on Sunday with my two kids. Picked up my waiting number at 3:15 PM and I was told that waiting time is going to be roughly 15 to 20 mins. It was already 40 mins but there was no sign of Lane, still waiting. We decided to leave but elder son was not ready to give up, so we decided to wait for some more time. We were just a number away, standing next to the counter. Lady told us one more minute I will help you. It was now 4 PM and that lady just took off and it looked like it was time for a break. I waited and asked again why is it taking so long, as I was asked to wait for a minute. Another lady counter told me lanes are getting cleaned. I looked back at lanes and only one lane was being cleaned all others were already cleaned and ready. In fact, while we were waiting there were at least 5 lanes ready and nobody was playing on those lanes. When it was more than an hour of waiting and my elder son said to me "Dad I dont think these people like us". We decided to give up. I told lady we have been waiting for more than hour and still you don;t have lane for us. Please let me know if you are going to give a lane else we are going to leave. Same lady who asked us to wait for a min. said "thats fine". This is the customer service at this location even if lady saw me waiting with two small kids. I could have handled this customer service but with two small kids I just couldnt take it any more and decided to leave. This is most unprofessional experience, I had so far. Driving back home in the car, kids were wondering and asking questions why lady didnt give us lane and one family earlier got their lane so early (20 mins ago.). Service was so poor my 7 years old could sense it.

Their organization is terrible, specially on a Sunday. We came here about 5 pm and they told us that the waiting time was supposed to be 15 to 45 mins, we had a waiting ticket 2 numbers after the current, after an hour of waiting I came to ask since I was seeing empty lanes, at that moment a group came and got a lane, the attendant told me that they had a reservation for 5:30 and it was already 6. So, they are willing to keep lanes unused for a long time and they dont care that people wait for a long time. We specially had a very poor service from the attendant called Derek, when we decided to leave as it was getting ridiculous to wait that much, we expressed our frustration and when we turned our backs, he started to mock and laugh. So go here only if you are willing to wait a long time and you can stand really poor service.

My son and I have just recently taken up bowling and this place is amazing! Very affordable (ask about their summer bowling pass), always clean and the staff are amazing!! They are always extremely friendly and eager to help. Ignore the reviews saying otherwise. They must have been written by uppetty *insert expletive of choice* who are constantly rude to wait staff for no reason. Ive been going here daily for awhile now and I always have a great experience. Were planning on joining one of their many leagues once we get our skill level up. Plus, if youre looking for gear, the pro shop is excellent as well. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and match any internet price. What more could you ask for!?

We just had my sons 4th birthday party there. I took a chance because I had not been to this alley before. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and well maintained, not quite as modern as some. The music was not blaring and was all family appropriate. The staff was great took care of us well. My only complaint, the set up for the party was a bit disorganized, but they pulled it together and my family and guests had a great time. Will go there again.

Not sure what I can say about this place. I get my lane, shoes, and have a good time. My last visit, the touchpanel was not working so I had to go up to the front counter to get names inputted, but it was not that much of an inconvenience. If youre coming here with friends and to have a good time, I mean theres not much the establishment can do to ruin your experience! There has to be a catastrophic failure on multiple levels to do that.

Good place to hangout out with co-workers however customer service is lacking. A worker at establishment asked me to stand in line to get served then which what performance the line would be offering. I explained that now I would have to enter another line since he made the mistake and wait all over again. The bartender was a hostile woman who didnt want to work. The service here sucks go to the other Brunswick on Holcomb bridge

We had a horrible time. The employees were extremely rude from the very beginning of our visit until the very end. The lane shut off 4 separate times and they refused to refund our cash. They gave us vouchers for the games we had already paid for. The manager acted as if his hands were tied and he was unable to fix our horrible experience. Extremely expensive for our time to be wasted and the horrible customer service.

Our bowling lane screen doesnt work. The chairs were broken. There was only 1 worker there the whole time. Their shoes are more slippery than regular shoes and are so old they are too loose no matter what size you get. Also they dont have a large drink selection and what they have is insanely overpriced. Dont come here.

First time here with friends and family for the New Years bowling special. It was fun and the food was typical bowling food that came with the New Years bowling package and Apple Cider for the kids. Cool place that I would come back again and bowl. Service was great and friendly. I would recommend this place.

This place is under new ownership (Brunswick was purchased by another company), and management quickly purged much of the older staff. The new staff is young and presumably paid less than the loyal employees who worked there before. Long term, I expect the place to deteriorate as a result.

Their pro shop is cancer. I would get rid of that guy as soon as humanly possible. He was very effective in making me want to NOT spend money in his little shop. Luckily he doesnt sell anything you cant get from almost any other bowling alley in the country,

Great bowling alley with a pro shop that has a gentleman that really knows his stuff. I definitely recommend. Multiple leagues and promotions going on constantly. I feel like the lanes are always clean and pretty consistent from an oil point of view.

We brought small kids, and we asked for a ramp so that the kids can push the ball down. Instead, we were told that ramps are for wheelchair users only. However, at other places like AMF I have had no problem getting a ramp. Will never go back.
