Reserved this bowling lane for a church function. The mangers were not in sync with anything. Quoted one price when the reservation was made. Quoted another price when I went in to pay. The food that was ordered for the function (pizza) was horrible. I have never had cajun style pizza. The crust was burned beyond recognition. Some pizzas had entirely too much sauce. Some were made with no sauce. The lanes kept going down which made a problem for us getting all of our games in. The attitudes from some of the staff especially the kitchen staff was horrible. To order you had to go inside the bar where other patrons were ordering and sitting and consuming alcohol. So kids were subject to this. Asked for a manger and still waiting to talk to one three days later!

This was the worst experience of my life at a bowling alley!! The customer service was awful and the attendant was very rude!! I will not be returning to this place of business and im sure your experience will not be a good one either. They said kids bowl for free but i had 2 eight yr olds with me and had to pay $10 each for them. I read the reviews before I decided to go, and against my better judgement went anyway. People dont overlook the reviews 9 times out of 10 they dont lie!!

Kick me and my friend out Because his employees had an attitude. she lied and said we said something to her,when we didnt..when we was nowhere near her the whole time,we was there Good way to keep your customer Huh?People need to not be work if their going to be lying for no reason.

Employees suck!! Theyre a so rude! We paid an arm and a leg.. Took my daughter and little brothers to bowl.. Our balls kept getting stuck.. The screen/system messed up.. And they refused to refund our money!!!! Just because we bowled 2 frames!!!! Dont waste your time and money!! Go to Poelking lanes instead!!!

Disappointed can not even get in. kids bowl free is a joke. you should not have this if you are never going to have lanes open. I will never go or ever recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt give this place 1 star but i had no choice. Thanks for nothing!

Went to a B-day party with friends and enjoyed myself it was also $1.00 day and we made out pretty well drinks, food, games were a dollar which isnt a everyday thing but it was nice to catch it on a b-day. Very nice staff and accomadating.

Rude staff every time I have been in there. I wouldnt recommend this run down place to anyone!! The taller younger (20s) bigger guy seemed to be treating the African Americans that were in there almost in a racist manner.

Staff much nicer than a year ago! Last year day shift guy was a ass. Evening guy tonight was very nice and helpful! Very enjoyable and clean! Reuben bites are so good!

The bartender during the day is extremely rude. She was mean to all people, which didnt seem to be their regulars. No wonder he place was so slow.
