My boyfriend and I went to Brunswick Marietta for the first time last night. Weve been looking for places close to home and open late where we can get a lite bite w a beverage & have a some fun. I was was excited at the possibility of this being a place we could go a few times a week and even more so after we checked everything out from the arcade to the restaurant bar. The gentleman running the service counter.was exceptionally polite and helpful as he set us up w our lane, shoes & started us a tab. Everything was great until about 45 minutes and well into our 2nd game of bowling as we had not been approached by a single server. We had seen two young ladies walking around that appeared to be servers as they brought people on other lanes their food and beverages and clearing the tables of a few lanes that were no longer occupied. On several occasions the two suspected servers walked past our lane and never so much as glanced our way to see if we had been helped. Its worth mentioning that when we arived at about 10:30 and there were only about 6-7 lanes occupied by patrons (about 2-3 people a lane) and one of the servers was taking pictures during our walk thru for a several of people in a group that were gone by the time we got to our lane. So to say the least, it wasnt very busy. When 45 min into our bowling one of the young ladies was organizing the bowling balls at the conveyor on the neighboring lane and in ear shot when I asked, "Is there lane service for food and beverage" Her response was, "What do you want"? I replied, "a drink". She said, "The bar is closed". I asked, "Can I get a Diet Coke and a bottle of water"? Her reply, "Sure"...... For the next 10 minutes following our very simple and very overdue order, she made her way down the next 8 lanes and to a couple of the large racks CONTINUING TO ORGANIZE THE BOWLING BALLS!! When she was possibly on her way to get our drinks and slowly approaching our lane about to pass us by (while on her phone) I canceled our order as we were minutes from leaving NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!

4.5 stars: I agree with other people that it stinks that its pay by the hour, but honestly that is unfortunately the new business model of most bowling alleys. Besides that, it is the nicest bowling alley Ive ever been to. The food is decent, equipment and furniture is new and clean also. The arcade inside is also amazing. They have an electronic beer pong machine (see uploaded photo once Google approves). My main complaint is that they still cut our game off after an hour even though the whole place was dead. I mean seriously they could have let us finish the last two frames, no one was waiting to get a lane. I am also in a wheelchair and I would say it is decently accessible. One bathroom has a tiny handicap stall but the other bathroom has a huge one with a baby changing table. Just an FYI.

The facility is nice however customer service is subpar. My experience was good until I procced to check out and the rate was raised without my knowledge. Before I played my first game I was quoted one price along with a standard military discount upon completion of my time the price was raised without my knowledge. Also the military discout I was promised initially was resended. When I spoke to management about the conflict I was told military discounts do not exist at this establishment. The person who initially gave me the quote had gone home. If this is the level of customer service that is standard at this venue I recommend Patrons especially military. BEWARE!

Fun Place to Spend Time with Family. We took my niece bowling at Bowlero over the Christmas holiday break. We had a great time and the venue was nice, clean, and not over-crowded. I appreciated that they assigned people coming in to every other lane instead of packing us on lanes side by side when they had the room to do so. However, I wasnt a fan of paying a premium holiday rate just because the schools in the area were on break. It would be one thing to pay a higher rate if the place was packed, but it wasnt when we were there. Tip: Check for increased rate dates and times on the website, or call to confirm rates before-hand.

My boyfriend and I visited this location last night. I forgot my servers name (he was tall and wore glasses) but service was pretty good and the drink we both had was awesome. (Large marge) We bowled for two games and ordered our food (garlic fries, lemon pepper wings, cheese sticks and a Marguerite flat bread) The food was VERY SUBPAR. The only item that was good was the wings. I watched our food sit in the window for like four minutes! The cheese sticks were warm and soggy, the flat bread was barely warm, the fries were barely warm with a few unmelted hard parmesan cheese grates on top. Nothing was hot but the wings

This place was a joke, aside from being hilariously expensive (4.50$ per person per game, shoes are 4.30 but that part is understandable) the service was just horrendous. Ordered hummus at 6:08, inquired about it again at 6:30, finished our third and final game at 7:15 and it still hadnt come out. We go to get it voided and the guy said they were out. They lady working the bar when I asked at 630 asked the kitchen what the deal was but failed to mention they were out. Suffice it to say, there are 2 other bowling alleys more or less equidistant from my house, wont be returning to this one...

Here for $2 Tuesday. Had to order drinks from the server at our lane and he took forever. I recommend starting a tab at the bar and order from there, much faster/better service. Someone in our group ordered food and we saw someone in the back eating wings, licking his fingers, then brought our friend his food. We said something about it when he got to our lane, he just put the food down and walked off without saying anything. Terrible food and beverage service but would return again for the bowling and arcade games.

Service sucked we waited 30 minutes for 3 of our 4 drinks and i had to ask someone else to get my drink if i would had waited for our waitress lady i wouldnt had gotten a drink till right before we were leaving. The people next to us had gotten 3 things of food and 2 drinks faster then our 1 order. Also pricing with a special was still expensive. Ive went to other alleys and had way better experiences. Will not be recomending them to anyone or returning to this place

This has been my favorite place to bowl since I moved to Georgia from Michigan. I use to live in the apartments from across the streets and even now that I stay miles from it I still prefer over others. although on some nights they are very busy, the quickly take care of you and minimize yur wait time. I get coupons that make it afforadable to bowl and out way some of the minor issues. Very kid friendly setting and neighborhood as well.

I went with a group of friends. Once most of the group arrived we received a lane right away. the lanes can fit about 8-10 ppl. Our server came to check on us often. They played a mixture of music to accommodate everyone. The food tastes better than several bowling alleys near by. Some of the drinks were a little watery or just ok it depends on what you get. The margarita, buried alive, and the watermelon lemonade were good.
