We went to the Grand opening as an invite and no one even greeted us at the door. Granted they had music all day that day starting at noon which was awesome but no hello or anything. Sat down at a table waited 20 minutes got up went to bar for a drink and asked for service finally got it. Food was pretty good just the service was not to PAR. Music was great with the casual atmosphere but the staff seems to have a long way to go. Grand openings in my opinion do not work if invites are not acknowledge and folks that are invited probably should be offered a complimentary appetizer at least or at minimum a discounted drink and menu after all they are the ones who recommend the joint. Based on my experience here I cant at this time recommend it maybe I will try it again after all the kinks are out operationally.

My boyfriend and I came to this establishment to see some of our friends that were playing for a charity event. The service was non existent! We had to go to the bar and one of the bartenders named Justin served us as best as he could. The employees were mostly standing around close to the back area. Not one single wait staff asked if we needed anything or ask how we were doing. We were there for several hours and planning on drinking more and ordering more food, but after the neglectful service we had we finished up watching our friends play their music and left. I would never recommend this place to anyone! I dont want to give any stars supporting this place. This place needs whole new management and all new staff except for Justin from the bar!

Asked for Margarita with no salt, it came with not only salt but a small roach in the drink as well. We ordered chicken strips and the breading was badly burned. We also had sokmeone in our group who is allergic to gluten. Their menu had a label for gluten free, however, that is for dieting purposes only. The gluten free options are contaminated which makes a person with a gluten allergy almost impossible, thankfully the chef offered to make a plain grilled chicken. This menu needs to be changed immediately before something bad happens!

Was part of a group of 6 of us. They had love music but could barely hear it due to the music from their speakers over powering the live music. The food was ok. The drinks were ok. Nothing really special. Our waitress was blatantly drunk too. This was entertaining at first but after being asked multiple times what we wanted to eat. Then having to tell her not 3 not 4 but 5 times that I wanted a to go box for leftovers. Unless this was just a bad experience and they are normally good, I would not recommend this place.

Terrible service or should I say no service at all! We sat down and waited for about 25 minutes and was completely ignored! No one acknowledged us at all, it was like we were invisible! All five of us. The waiters just kept passing us by and the lady bartender and the guy behind the bar ignored us as he was too busy helping carry her off a chair she has climbed up on to get a bottle of whiskey down. There seemed to be no management around. I was completely disappointed in the experience and we will never go back!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LAST NIGHT!! Party of 13, Drinks took as much as 40 minutes to arrive at our table, all the food was cooked wrong, and we sent a burger back that was undercooked and waited nearly an hour to get the new one. Complained to the manager who was extremely unprofessional, rude, and stoned or drunk. He did NOTHING, and was giving us excuses of being busy. Umm, were in Orlando on I-drive, so you are always busy. Do not go here. Bad food, bad service, and the "management" is a joke.

Live music was fantastic. Frankly the male singer needed some intelligibility, female singer should have been primary on this venue... Check date for band... I was mildly ignored by my original bar tender for 20 minutes with few other customers... However!!!, Aaron Royal more than made up for this in efforts of attention, cleaning, service and courtesy... Even while very busy. Also... Im equivalently a tourist here from infocomm; its very much appreciated.

I ordered through uber eats only to receive an burger where it was not thoroughly cooked. And when i called the restaurant to complain, the manager was nonchalant to the fact that his staff/kitchen were not cooking food correctly. He gave me an haphazard "im sorry" which seemed forced. As you can see in the picture half of the burger is pink/raw. If i get sick from their negligence, they will definitely being hear from me further.

Music was great drinks were fine, service was no good at all, sat here for 30 minutes not acknowledged by a single server, place wasnt too busy, had to walk to the bar to get my drinks.. bar tenders were fast and amiable, but had waiters standing around watching the band playing, at some point one tripped over me and kept on walking.... THE POSITIVE the band and there are plenty of other bars around it

I absolutely loved this place. Their food was amazing, while my guest and I only made it through a few appetizers and then went on to dessert it was delicious. They had live music that evening and it was very enjoyable. It was nice to be able and see the game from all points in the restaurant too. Id go back again anytime and I hope they bring one to my area soon.

Come to Tin Roof if you want to get ripped off by their bar tenders. Gave the bartender $20 for a $9 drink. Gave me $1 back pocketed $10 for himself. When I asked for the $10 back he gave me $10 and grabbed my drink from my hand and threw it away, still pocketing the initial $10 from my $20. Walked away with $11 and no drink for a $9 fee. Thanks Tin Roof.

I the atmosphere was great! But when my friend called ahead of time to make reservations for a group of 20, they said everything would be fine. Buuuut when we got there and more of our group started showing up, we didnt realize we would have to work and making us all fit in the same area. Luckily our server was pretty good and the food was great.

Its a bar.... with live entertainment. Not great service. Not the best/most friendly staff. Not the best food. Not the greatest beer selection. But none of the above are "bad" per-say, just not great... Id like to love this place but they just dont have any one outstanding reason to go here as a "staple" hangout. Might go back, might not...

Worst service ever! Our server hung out at the front door most of the time and we had to ask other servers to get us drinks, she also never introduced herself for us to even know what her name was. She is lucky that gratuity got added to our check. No one that worked in the placed looked like they cared!
