I wish I could say the overall experience was good. The food was decent for a bar and grille but that was it. We were there at like 5:00 on a Sunday and there was a VERY drunk young lady there screaming across the bar, being very loud and screaming profanities across the bar, she could barely walk across the bar. It was obvious she should have been cut off. Our waitress was ending her shift and came over before we even received our food and said "my shift is ending, do want to close out with me or with the new waitress", I felt like I was put on the spot. So we closed out with her. Nobody ever checked on us after we paid (remember it was before we got our food). I ordered a margarita and the bartender really needs a lot of training, it was all alcohol, it was very disgusting. I would order the food in a go-to setting, but would never go back there again. I feel like this bar could be on Bar Rescue, in fact, that was the topic of discussion at the table.

More of that horrible, filthy gangsta rap music! And even the DJ himself was dropping the F-bomb during his musical announcements! How so totally ready I was to wash that DJs mouth out with soap! Are you kidding me? Normal people dont listen to rap! Gangsters, thugs, drug smugglers, and serial killers do! Terrorists listen and dance to rap! People who blow up downtown areas with truck/car bombs listen and dance to rap! People like those behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103; yes, even who flew those planes/missiles into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on 9/11 and then sent the Twin Towers and Building 7 crashing to the ground in heaps of smoking wreckage, THOSE kinds of people listen and dance to gangsta rap! Never waste your time here or anywhere in the mall, as all 4 of the bars here play that nasty gangster garbage!

The bouncer told me that my enhanced Minnesota drivers license was fake after I had a 21 plus wrist band and told me and my girlfriend that we had to leave. This is the worst bar I have ever been to and I will not go back ever again and even after my girlfriend politely asked what the problem was he was very rude and completely ignored her and blew her off and was extremely extremely disrespectful and wouldnt give me my drivers license back at first and even showed 3 of my credit cards. Every other bouncer was nice and considerate and didnt have a problem with the license and even talked to a couple of bouncers and had no issues. Especially going there and only have one beer in less than two hours.

Short little guy with a beard that is arrogant and rude. claims he runs the establishment. Lost my credit card and had one drink on the tab. He made an attempt to insult me publicly to the entire bar, at which point a girl found my card in the crowd and said something while he was in the middle of calling me names. It was great the way it worked out, because he just looked like a big jerk. But still, dont pay money to keep people like that in business. Id pay to see them go out of business. Thats how much I dislike this place. Used to be decent.

Warning: avoid this place. For night life, this place is as scummy as it gets. Not only is the venue itself dirty but the employees are just as bad. Huge attitudes and petty avoidable drama just from getting a drink at the bar, especially avoid Zach he made my friend cry with how rude he is. Terrible service we didnt even take the drinks we left immediately after he made her cry. Dont go here, theres better college experiences elsewhere.

Just watched an unconscious man attacked by a security guard. As the man was unconscious on the ground he was struck in the face. What a poor representation of a company. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope that man ends up pressing charges. There are plenty of videos of what happened. I have one.

the cook was at the bar, employees were smoking and drinking. the service was terrible. I am a college student. I was very dissappointed in the overall experience. The food=TERRIBLE DRINKS=TOO STRONG clean? think again IT WAS GROSS!

Fritters are dough balls with zero conch (tastes like a pre-frozen mix), shrimp are not Gulf shrimp; if they are, theyre from the smallest part of it. And each is $9-$10. As a born and raised Conch, not what I expected at all.
