The service was poor. I ordered a drink and was never asked or offered another after finishing the first. Water was never brought to me until I asked about 30 minutes in. My order was put in wrong by the server who was not writing down what was ordered. The King Crab legs did not taste fresh and were very mediocre. The ribeye was exceptionally bland. No significant flavor and not tender, which is to be expected as the steak isnt dry aged. The jalapeño au gratin was delicious.

Nice atmosphere however sat in the bar area and service was awkward. A bit pushy and main course arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. She offered to select our wine which implied we needed help and I was with someone quite experienced in wine. Also she asked if he was ok with a marbelized steak like their rib eye. Took a long time to get the check.

We went during Naples Restaurant Week. Special 3 courses for $35. After drinks, it ended up being $120 for 2. The food was excellent. Prepared nicely, cooked perfectly. Service was also excellent. The restaurant was very busy on a Sunday night, I assume for the Restaurant Week special. Wed go back again to order off the menu.

Service was wonderful. The hostess was so nice and friendly. Amanda gave us wonderful service. Alex was great too. I love how everyone worked together to make sure everyone was well taken care of. The ambiance and delicious food make you want to never leave. You must try this place!

Another great meal at Ocean Prime. Service was great and wine was spot on. Most of the meal - especially the tuna dishes - were excellent. My steak came overcooked and cold but they addressed it. A few other folks had temp issues so a 4 out of 5.

Very nice staff. The GM visited our table and was very interested in our experience. Food was awesome. The only down fall was at least our table had no airflow it was very warm to say the least. We will repeat.
