First went to this store when my brother and mother came to visit me from overseas. Since they are both smokers I took them to this store to purchase Electronic cigarettes as i really dislike cigarettes and had used an E - cig to stop smoking myself over 5yrs ago. I purchased my mom a "starter kit - Aspire K1" . This was a decent model but unfortunately the glass was broken accidently by us. So we returned to shop and bought an upgrade "Kanga geni tank" . Right from the beginning we had issues with this product. The tank continuously leaked juice and after much searching online we discovered this is not a highly rated product. So after some communication with the store owner and her sales lady, I took it back. The owner tried to insinuate that we had done something to the e-cig and let me know that she would try to fix it , but definitely was NOT giving me a replacement article or a refund. ( I have spent well over $300 in this store since February ) . While she was fixing it she used a wrench ( I was standing right there in front of her) to put a replacement coil in ( since our other one was already burnt out) , she screwed it in and used various batteries to try and smoke the kanga. She took a few puffs and let me know it was okay. Since I am not a vapor user I took her word for it and left the store with the Kanga geni. When I returned home my mom wanted to fill the tank and she saw that the coil was wedged in the tank where you fill it with juice and the tank was bent. So of course we took it back to the store where the sales lady herself was unable to remove the coil as it was wedged in so tight! Since the owner was not there at the time we left the article there and my mom emailed her to inform her we had left Kanga at her shop and what the issue is. She replied by stating that we must have put the coil in to the wrong place , and moreover that it had obviously been tampered with!! Yes , because she had tampered with it! She refuses to give us our money back or a replacement. I will certainly not be recommending her shop to anyone who values decent customer service particularly when customer has already spent a lot of money on purchases at store!! Today I had the pleasure of visiting Vaporoo at 4080 Co Rd 19A , Where I will continue to make any further purchases.
