Writing this review with a heavy heart. We went here last Saturday for a charity event called the "little black dress party". We had a group of five girls. We decided to buy a bottle of vodka for the night so we had access to a table to sit at (unless you pay for bottle service, dont plan on having a seat). As soon as our server walked us to the table, which had a tiny round cocktail table, a booth that could sit 2-3 people, and two barstools, I went to climb into the booth. I whacked my shin so hard that it brought tears to my eyes on a ledge that stuck out in front of the booth. This ledge is supposed to be to rest your feet on while sitting in the booth. Its a nightclub & dark. The ledge is not lit up at all! By any standards, its a safety concern. The waitress brought me ice. Within an hour, three other people in my party had sustained the same injury. I only mention this to further demonstrate that the ledge is a dangerous design & im not the only one who fell prey to it. After a returning trip from the restroom, I approached our table again, and this time an employee walking by accidentally shoved me into the ledge AGAIN, this time hitting my other shin. At this point I asked for a manager to complain. Jason Gershkon, the general manager came out. He said that in two years of being open, he has never had a complaint about the ledge... insinuating that I was being ridiculous to complain about it. I told him it was the second time I had been hurt in one night and that the other people in my group had also been bruised by it. We asked to be moved to another table. We were informed that the only other table open had a $500 minimum purchase on it. We did not plan on spending $500 that night. He shrugged and left. I was very upset, but did not want to ruin the night for my friends. I thought about it & the way he treated me and then decided to ask to file an accident report. I know that I cannot possibly be the only person that has been hurt by this bad design. I wanted there to be an official record of it so that maybe they would consider adding floor lighting to prevent future injuries. Asking to file an accident report bothered him very much. He asked for my license & then at that point moved us to the table with a $500 minimum. We were unhappy, in pain, and frustrated with the customer service by now. I just wanted to leave. They took my license and disappeared for 45 minutes. In the meantime, our cocktail server had come by and told us that we needed to return to our old table or pay the $500, even though her boss had been the one to move us. That was the final straw... now Im mad and my night is ruined. So many things had led to this and could have been prevented. The ledge needs to be properly lit. The staff could have acknowledged this instead of pretending that we were the first people to be hurt by it. They should have moved our group to a better table the FIRST time I got hurt. I do not care that the other table stood to make them extra money that night. It was empty until we left, it had no reservation on it. Suck it up & do the right thing. Treat people with respect & common courtesy. None of this happened. This was an epic fail on Blue Martinis part on so many levels.

Many of us these days are taking advantage of on line coupons and bidding sites to save a little bit of money and experience new places that we may not have otherwise tried or afforded. I’m sure the companies that participate in these offers benefit from new customers and increased revenues. I’ve personally been extremely pleased with my experiences with these types of purchases and have never had any problems; until last night. A year ago I purchased a $100 gift certificate for the Blue Martini from an auction site and planned a night out to celebrate my friends return from an overseas assignment. I wanted to treat her to a great night out in appreciation of her service. Although I had to drive an hour and a half to get there, I figured it was worth it to honor her sacrifice. Much to my surprise, management decided that they didn’t want to honor their commitment and refused to accept my certificate. It’s shocking to me that a business that is obviously raking in thousands of dollars an hour did not have the ability to accept my measly little $100 certificate. The whole experience showed me that this company’s policy is purely based in greed with a blatant disregard for the local customer. I’m sure I’ll have to jump through hoops to get my money back and based on my experience last night, I’m also sure that the Blue Martini will not even care about this or any other negative review. There are lots of wonderful places to experience what Orlando has to offer. Suggest you skip this one; it’s overpriced and overrated. If there willing to lose a local customer over a few dollars than they are certainly not going to care about your experience.

This place does not even deserve a star. Ive been there before and front people are rude as hell. No customer service AT ALL. I went in with Timz shoes and i was told that theyre boots. For them, those shoes are considered boots and theyre not good enough for that club (thats how i felt). The *** told me that I needed to wear regular shoes (i was wearing classic kenneth cole jeans) to get in. I asked him what does he mean by regular shoes? he pointed to those long front shoes this doorman was wearing (looking like a clown) and his shoes (beat up shoes that makes Payless look real good). I laughed, told them i was concierge for a big resort (I AM) and that they just lost lots of business. That was just ridiculous. I have young guests who come to Orlando to party (they dont bring dress shoes lol) and im supposed to tell WHAT EXACTLY. That place is the WORST CLUB EVER, do not go there. The drinks are expensive and the glasses are real SMALL. Go figure! Im mad that i had to give them even 1 star. I will never go there again and Ill make sure no guests I speak with go there. Almost everybody I know has bad experiences there so whats the point. its either your clothes, or the drinks are expensive in small glasses, or they serve you heated food when you eat there so whats the point. I will make sure I never go there and anybody I come in contact with. I come in contact with a lot of people Blue Martini. Believe that.

First time going to this location in Pointe Orlando, i used to go to the one in Millenia Mall area, was disappointed to here it had closed, however i get it, theres more traffic with high tourism over in Pointe Orlando. Me and my sister enjoyed ourselves, we went on a Wednesday night around 8pm, there was a band playing which were pretty good. There was hardly any areas to sit due to someone buying out the outside bar area which was a bummer for those who wouldve liked the outside experience better, however we managed to grab a table inside. Was a little surprised by the skimpy and tacky exposed bra and corset attire from there servers, definetly dont think its necessary for this restaurant/bar to get customers and good tips. Our server was very nice, however i had to look for her a couple of times in order to order another drink. I had a starburst martini which was light with the sweetness but still tasted like a starburst candy. The food was on point! Definetly try the spinach dip, Margarita Pizza Flatbread, the Lamp Chops and the Shrimp Cocktail, there are delicious! Overall it was a nice time ,the door hostesses were kind upon entry and so was the security team. Bring cash if you park in the valet parking because using there ATM was crazy expensive with fees.. $4 charge just to get $20 back plus another 2.50$ non atm fee from my bank! Definitely will be back but this time with cash at hand.
