Went to Bern on Friday night. Great crowd. Ordered a grand marnier, in a snifter, great pour. Took one sip and knew it was cheap grand look a like. Went to the bartender, who then poured me another straight from the g.m. bottle. Again definitely Not g.m. spoke with manager and accused then of putting cheap booze. He at first denied it but agreed to bring out an unopened bottle. Perfect, showed him the difference, cake and taste. He and another manager agreed that "someone" has been filling the GM with fake GM. They didnt offer my a few drink or anything just apologized and blamed it on old management.

Racism! !!!!! At its best... Carefull, they will discriminate against you if you look young or different. .. You are not Welcome, but questioned, abused and mistreated. Tears out of my face after denied entrance because I am 35 yold and still looked young!!!!! ID in hand and cops taking me away because Security told a story... my friends, who where NOT ID.....were in already unaware of the situation. .. "I was young and latina= meaning trouble " said SECURITY.... anyone who can help fix this place racism and PREDUJUS contact me. ..it will be appreciated... Thanks

The service here is always great... helpful humidor managers and experienced cocktail bar. Its more of a nightclub in the evenings but, nonetheless a great spot to enjoy a cigar for an evening. Half of the humidor is Rocky Patel cigars, the other half is a small variety of well known cigars such as Padron, My Father, & Drew Estate... would like to see a few more boutique cigars available such as Tatuaje, Romacraft, Warped, and Illusione but, I was happy to see theyve added La Palina. Worth a visit.

Awesome place to relax, grab a drink and light up your favorite smoke. Great walk-in humidor selection and helpful staff. Bartenders are professionals. Beautiful and unique interior with comfortable seating. Ingenius use of my initials "RP" (for Roberto Perez) on cigars, lighters, etc..., just makes me feel at home. Awesome job, Rocky Patel. My 5th visit and counting. Maybe Ill move to Naples because there aint nothing like BURN in Miami.

Ive been here about six times. Its usually a very loud experience. Theres always some kind of live music going on inside. The atmosphere is generally not conducive to conversations among larger groups unless you sit outside. On the plus side, the cigar selection is always very good, and they always have my go-to cigars in stock. Their bar is also well-stocked, if on the expensive side, although thats somewhat expected in Naples.

Been here several times, always had fun. Came here just now with 3 couples, wives were admitted, we were told we had pay $15 to join our wives in the bar and buy drinks and cigars...poor business decision if you ask me, it was a slow day during off-season, why lose our business over $15?...we left

Alex was hands down the most friendly bartender Ive ever had at Burn. I came in after the hurricane, he was running the place by himself and doing a great job. I know he is usually in the humidor but I really hope to see him behind the bar more often. He definitely deserves it.

Good smokes, nicely appointed environment (if like me you are into the South Asia rustic thing), well made libations, friendly staff and knowledgable tobacconist. Brought a broken RP lighter in, replaced on the spot without hesitation.
