When it comes to Movie Theaters(of Regal Cinema) this is far my favorite, it has to do about the location and place of it. This place holds dear to my heart, but it does have it faults! Click more to see my in-depth review! Location; Located in The Falls Mall its surrounded by wonderful shops and places to eat. Great way to burn time waiting for your movie to start or for after movie browsing leisure. This mall is truly gorgeous during the winter time and night time when they have lights shining the river and trees, perfect for any romantic movie night. However note that most stores close around 10-11pm so for you late movie goes nothing much to do. Also note that if you are under the age of 18 security will sometimes ask you to leave if you are not waiting for a pick-up or waiting for a movie to start. Setting; Right outside the Theater is a nice plaza, which is the designated "Movies waiting zone". Now there arent really any seats outside besides the surrounding places to eat ,but mostly everyone just sits and waits on the boarder of the few squares inside the plaza. Stepping inside you are presented with the typical copy and paste version of Regal Theaters, note that the bathroom in this one gets heavily used from non-movie goes. However it does always seem nice a clean! Just wish they brought back the cool round serving thing in the middle. Staff; Its hard to truly review a staff of a establishment like this, you have to consider that most people who work here are going to be youngsters in High School - college. Typically you get kids that are chill and do there Job ,nothing more or less. When it comes to Rated R movies they typically do check for ID. I have always had my money returned and have all my problems sorted out if I ever did have one by the managers. Crowd; The people who go here typically nice, on the weekend however this is the place most kids go to hang out! I was one of those kids ,that said most Friday and Saturday nights are unbearable due to the about of prepubescent teens that go. Besides that friendly crowd that will sometimes do hilarious remarks after a bad movie. Comfortably; This movie theater has Stadium style seating, for me its not a big deal. However most people will find it less than ideal for a movie. The best seats are in the middle, and needed if you are going to watch a 3D movie(Sitting on the side typically doesnt mess up the 3D ,but can cause a headache). The seats are typically movie seats, with the arm rest being able to pull up. Which is great if you want to snuggle with your significant other. With all being said and done, its a good Theater for a weekday movie ,but stay way expectantly Saturday night and most Friday nights if you dont want to bother with kids.

I came to this United Artists Falls 12 several years ago to watch The Green Hornet (I said several years ago) and the seating was the typical movie seating. I came here the other day to watch Finding Dory with my sister and now I feel like my movie going experience has been ruined because now I want to come here all the time to sit in a recliner and watch whatever movie I desire. They also sell beer which makes so much sense with their seating situation. I was a bit confused with the seating assignment during the buying process. They marked so many seats as sold and made unavailable to us, but when we came in many of those seats were empty. It was confusing but I didnt care too much once I got comfy in my chair. Must come back.

The theater is located in the falls, a nice mall off of US 1/ South Dixie Highway. You go here to have a nice mall experience while avoiding the overbearing traffic found in larger malls like Dolphin mall. The theater overall is typically clean and will usually only fill up when giant blockbusters premier. I have not had any problems with seating or lines here, the only real problem is that if you look young, they WILL card you for R-rated movies, 17+ for 1 ticket for R-rating, 21+ to buy for yourself and another. This was kind of an inconvenience when treating friends to a movie. Overall good place to go though, lots of food places around where you can catch a bite before or after your movie and friendly atmosphere.

My family and I have seen over 20 films here in over a decade of living in the area. We have never had a poor experience. Lines for food are fine. Yes, this theater isnt configured with "reserve seating", but it is always easy-on, easy-out, with plenty of parking in two sides and safe, clean environment. What more do you really need in a theater experience? Shane, though, that adjacent Johnny Rockets has now closed after 20 years there… real concerns about the continuing viability and stature of THE FALLS given the rapid decline of its long-term storefronts.

the manager was extremely nice, I appreciate her being out on the floor helping the crew with their duties. however, the girl working concession (Isis? her name ended with an is) was less than pleasant. im a friendly person so I expect people to reciprocate, ESPECIALLY if theyre working in customer service. she was rude and hesitant to deliver. shes my only complaint; the theatre is up to standard and Dont Breathe was an awesome movie!

This theater has come a long way from my high school days. It is slowly being upgraded. It still has the vintage feel to a theater compared to the luxury theaters nowadays. Buy the kids pack from the concession stand. It has a little bit of popcorn, a drink, and a little bag of candy - everything you want without the excessive amount of calories from the regular sized items.

The theater isnt well kept. Its age shows and simply stinks. The chairs are also not as good as the ones at Sunset or South Land Mall. The number 1 thing that bothers me are the kids without supervistion. Theres always a million little 13 year olds running around and acting up. I hate that. South Land Mall has a better theater. Dont waste your money here.

Well if youre looking for an 80s experience that this is the place for you cause this place takes me back to theaters that I use to go watch The Karate Kid, Scarface, and Splash. Very out dated, even seems to have the original carpeting which is over due for a replacing or at least a good cleaning.

Id rather go just about anywhere else. The theaters smell dirty, the floors feel sticky, and my guess is that the last time the seats were cleaned was during the Bush (the older one) administration. If the line at the concession stand moved any slower, theyd have to pay customers to take food.

The Regal at the falls is not my favorite movie theater around. The facility is unimpressive and there is always a line (for ticket or concession). The chairs are nice and comfy but come at least 10 minutes early if you want to find a seat (20-30 min if its opening night for a blockbuster).

This is my favorite movie theater to go to. Every time that me or my friends suggest a movie we go to Regal Entertainment and the Falls Shopping mall. Theaters are usually very clean. Snacks and snack options are great. Great sound. PS: Love the previews (especially the roller coaster) :P
