I just wanted to take the time to let EVERYONE know about my terrible experience at Muvico in Hialeah 14. I usually go to the Muvico by my house in Tampa and never once have had a horrible experience. But, as I was on vacation in Miami I went to the Hialeah theater and it was the biggest mistake I did on my trip. The HORRIBLE customer service makes this location a DISGRACE to your corporation! First off we get to the movies to see Fast 6 (Saturday, 4/27, 11:20pm showing) the lady at the box office was distasteful and rude. In the middle of her helping us she tells us to “hold on” as she leaves and goes inside to talk to one of her friends. Another worker comes out and asks for the next person in line and so we decided to go to her for help. I told the girl that was helping us how rude the other girl was and she simply brushed me off and rolled her eyes as if my opinion is of no value to anyone. Next, we were asked to wait in a long line on the side to get into our theater. Management decides to rip our tickets at 11:20pm on the dot, of course this is causing everyone to decide to skip others in line. It was chaotic! Children were being knocked down, people were stepping on people, I had others walking into me with their food- it was so unorganized and frustrating. As we are going in there are two women that were ripping tickets in the front of the line and one man who I assumed to be the manager ripping tickets on the side of the line. That was a stupid idea! Because now you have people rushing to the side of the line and those people getting their tickets ripped would essentially have to get their stubbed checked twice cause more CONFUSION and line congestion. I had my ticket ripped on the side by the gentleman and as I proceed to walk in through the ladies I show her my ticket stub and keep walking in an effort to let other’s pass. This lady has the NERVE, the NERVE!!!!!!!!! to yell at me and tell me to “wait like everyone else.” Funny thing is- I DID FOR FORTY- FIVE MINUTES AND ACTUALLY HAD OTHERS SKIP ME IN LINE WHILE I WAITED PATIENTLY. That was my limit!!!! So I voiced my opinion about the horrible management and customer service so the “manager” if you want to call him that- runs up to me (the same guy who ripped my ticket) and asks “what’s my problem” with an ATTITUDE!!!!!!!! I can’t believe this!!!! His name is ALEX ROJAS- as he so proudly told me with a disgusting attitude. The movie was great (fast 6- go see, just not at a Muvico theater)! As we come out the movies there was vomit in front of the door and no one was around to clean it up. I went to use the bathroom the first stall was flooded with diarrhea and the second stall had urine everywhere- at this point I just left! I left disgusted and annoyed with this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I will make sure to tell everyone about this!!!! Muvico- make sure to tell “ALEX ROJOS” and his employers to learn some manners and how to talk and treat people! !!! Amazing !!! I call this location because I wasnt going to be with my kids for Father’s Day because of my Job, I call Sunday to Movico from my Cell phone from New York City hotel to get info. about how it work if I buy this time 3 tickets online, for my Wife and kids, and the question was simple as whit who I was talking on the other side of the phone, in the beginning of the conversation was, high with who I’m speaking to, is this the manager, the person said yes I’m the manager, I told the manager hi my name is Enrique with who I got the pleasure to be talking to, and the manager said how can I help you, I ask to the manager for a third time for his name and manager said, Sir I will not provide you my name since you sounds suspicious under the phone, Seems that the manager was not having an appropriate customer service, I decides to continuous trying to get the info that I need, and the manager end it telling me it’s so simple, just go online and they will give you a confirmation, bring it to our location, you should not have a problem, have a nice day Sir, and hanged up the phone, Wow if managers work this way I just don’t want to imagined how employees work and this location terrible management service, Issue day was Sunday 19, 2016 from 8:12pm to 8:16pm. Im very disappointed from this Movico management because Movico CO doesnt have any idea how the management work on their location. Finally sending my kids to the grand ma house close to the AMC Mall of the Americas wish they end it watching their TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: OUT OF THE SHADOWS.

This review is just to let everyone know of the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire 41 years of living. The person whom I and my partner unfortunately had to deal with was Juliana Smith. This issue occurred on a calm Tuesday night on August 30th. I went ahead and searched online through Fandango for the showings as no one picked up the phone around 7pm when I called 5 times throughout a spand of 30 minutes for some assistance. As I walked in, I approached the counter to ask where I could purchase tickets and right off the bat there was a problem. I have never dealt with a person so intoxicated with marijuana. Just by approaching the counter the smell made it hard to breathe. Bloodshot eyes and a slur of words confirmed her intoxication. She went ahead to confirm that I could buy tickets with her. I was going to ask her for concessions but instead I asked for a manager. To my shock, she rudely stated it was her and asked "what do you need?". No professionalism what so ever. How someone could represent a business as a manager with that non-professionalism while being on drugs boggles my mind. I will never be going back to this movie theater, no one should have to deal with a business manager who is too "high" off of drugs to probably treat customers.

Honestly employees are very rude. I asked for a small coke and after I said that he was like "FOR $5 DOLLARS YOU CAN GET A LARGE!" I was like ok? I grabbed the cup and filled it up, my mom asked me "Did they give you change?" I was like "no." I walked up to the guy and I said "Hey I forgot to get my change." He responded with "I know here is your money" the guy next to him yelled "SHADEEEE!" And I sticked out a nice finger. My ticket was $12 but my friends said theirs was $7 I was like "what?" When I went to the bathroom during the movie, I saw my friends who went to get snacks, so I went to help them, the guy who checked our tickets before the movie started screaming at us saying "WHERE IS ALL OF YOUR TICKETS!" We had to put the food on the floor and show him our tickets. I hate going there but its the only place close where are friends can meet up.
