We recently did the "Millionaires Row Cruise" which is their flagship cruise. It takes 1.5 hours and we were really pleased with it. You depart Bayside and head east, south of Dodge Island by the Port of Miami. Thereupon, you see Fisher Island from the water. All the white, you have a great view of the Miami skyline. You swing by South Beach as you head up to Star Island. You get a great view of Star Island, although some of the claims from the tour guide don’t hold up. Sylvester Stallone never had a house on Star Island, nor did Madonna, Elizabeth Taylor, Julio Iglesias. And Phillip Frost, the pharmaceutical billionaire who has the biggest and most expensive house on Star Island, did NOT actually invent Viagra. The narrator was good and spoke flawless English and Spanish. Yes, the tour is bilingual. We did see some dolphins on the trip. Dont expect the trip to be educational; theres no mention of Miami history or the real estate market as it currently stands; you just get to see homes on these man-made islands in Biscayne Bay. Overall, great value for the money. I loved the skyline from the water. I wish they offered other cruises instead of just the Millionaires Row. Also, dont buy into the raffle scam. They claim that winners will be chosen to get a free trip. I could tell it was a scam so I didnt fill out the card which requested all types of personal information.

A friend and I went on this cruise today to enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of Miami Islands. We went on the second deck right away because we wanted to get a nicer view. Unfortunately, there were no seats available anymore on the top deck, therefore we stood. After a short safety instructions speech, the very nice lady (the speaker for the whole trip) said on the micro that everyone on the top deck had to seat due to dangerous boat movements. We really did not want to go on the lower deck because it was full so we decided to stay there. Along the whole trip, she never told us to go down the stairs, she saw we were holding on and we were not going to fall so she let us stay there. Besides, she was not a regular kind of speaker as she tried to add small facts/jokes to her speech that made it way more interesting. She was very friendly from the beginning until the end. Even when the boat returned to the pier, I wanted to apologize because I had no cash to tip her, she said it was okay and her priority was for the passengers to have fun and enjoy the trip/the explanations. This blond woman was very nice ! Besides, perfectly fluent both in english and spanish.

Ok cruise but raffle is a scam. I "won" and was forced to sit downstairs during cruise narration to listen to a rep from Florida Resort Exchange go on and on about "vacation club" aka time-share. I paid $40 cash to secure my "free vacation package" to Mexico, PR, or Jamaica. Then we spent even more time off the boat while he wrote out the receipt. I drove an hour north to their hotel for the "presentation" but was told I couldnt do it without a major credit card, lol. Gee I wonder why?? I took awhile of waiting but I finally got my deposit back. NO FREE TRIP! Waste of everyones time. I hope Island Queen Cruises stops doing this disservice to its customers. Its grossly inappropriate to expose tourists looking for fun on vacation to these parasitic salesman. Please scrape Florida Resort Exchange off your boat along with the barnacles.

Their management is horrible and rejected our admissions as they not able to process our Miami go card. Manager was really rude with us and also refuses to try other ways his colleague was suggesting. He was rude with us too. I provide Miami Zoo receipt with same day and same Go Miami account number still he refuse admission saying they can not get money from Go Miami company unless they able to process card. Since Go Miami Customer service not available that time, I talk next day with them and they said Attraction Company didn’t follow standard procedure. They should allow us on board writing card number. It ruins our all plans for Friday evening and affects our entire trip since we cant forget that experience.

This is a typical tourist trap. I paid two trips. The first, with my three kids and wife on a boat. The storm that came over us was not enough to go back to the dock. The captain was ordered to continue the tour !! No rain date offered.....We were drenched and cold and, of course. No refund. The second to the Everglades was a nice tour but the bus driver asked 7% more of the cost if we paid with a credit card and encouraged to pay cash. In the bus, there is a note for paying a 15% gratuity for the driver....with a reminder on air. All this hidden fees and the bad attitude are bad for the business in Florida. Is it a different part from the US?
