Brief summary for those who dont have time to read this whole text: Service is wildly inconsistent, You more often than not will not be satisfied with the racing. The service here is too inconsistent for you to have a good time every time. The employees are not bad necessarily, but you can tell most of them arent very serious about it and wont go out of their way much to help you. I go rather frequently and while I wont say im a great racer, im fast enough where im flagged in the system to let employees know I can race at the highest setting of speed, and yet every other race the speed is bumped down or im stuck behind slower traffic, and I have to go out of my way to get the stewards attention so they can wave the blue flag. This last visit was what drove me to write this poor review, the second race of my visit I requested that the speed be bumped up as I was racing with my group of friends who all also have a lot of experience racing at K1 and other venues. Anyways, I ended up being placed in a slow kart, so slow I was 2-3 seconds slower on my quickest and average lap time, Im not even complaining because of displeasure but because at that point I was a danger on the track to other racers, to the point where one of my friends came up behind me and had to lock-up his brakes due to the disparity in speed which he did not expect, and then he got T-boned by the guy right behind him who had no time to react. I repeatedly signaled the race steward that my kart was acting up and that I was off pace, but most of the time he was staring off into the distance, and when he finally did bump my speed up , I was just entering the tightest turn in the track at full throttle because I was at a low enough speed to do so, and the sudden acceleration without warning caught me off guard and I slammed sideways into a guardrail. All in all, this last experience really left a sour taste in my mouth, Ive had rather lackluster experiences before but this last one was easily the most unpleasant. If it wasnt for having two more races on my account, This would have definitely been my last time coming. Its a bit out of the way, but if you are looking for a more serious experience I recommend Miami GP instead

I went yesterday (saturday January 2nd 2015) at 830pm (not peak hour by what google map "popular times" show. Well, there was not much people (maybe 40 between emplyees, costumers and people that went to see their friens/family race, not much for that hughe place. I initially thought we visited at a great time and the waiting would not be much to drive. I was mistaked. There was a shocking 3 hour wait. I obviously walked away as soon as the employees told that to me in the counter and they didnt offer any other solution like reserving to another day immeadiately.. they just told me: "if you want to make a reservtion call to this number, there is a month waiting for those reservation. Next time call before coming to know how much waiting time the place has at that moment. " How am I supposed to call there to know how much waiting time there is if I have never gone to that place and none of my friend had gone there too to know how things work? ...Its crazy! I went there with 10 friends thats why the told me about reserving for a group. Nevertheless, if I had been there alone, by my self it would have been the SAME 3 hour waiting time to drive... How come they dont offer a comfortable solution to the potetntial costumers and just loose them? Those employees (girls) didint do anything to make us want to go there anyother time, not even the next day at opening or closing... I would have liked a better costumer service and a better way for people not to get disappointed when arriving and getting to know there is an infinte waiting time to ride. I might never go there because of this uncomfortabe incident. Other than this, the place is clean, the cars look fun, and the place is well lighted and decorated. NOTE: the tracks are on the small side. There are no big straights in which to get some speed.

Came here on a Sunday for our work family gathering. The entrance was a bit difficult to find because its along similar looking warehouses. The place is definitely huge and plenty of parking. Ive been to the one in Ft Lauderdale but I think this one is bigger. As soon as you walk in, the check-in counter is on the left. Look forward, you see the 2 tracks right behind an enclosed glass partition. To the right are some lounge seating and food counter. They announce which group is next thru the PA speaker so dont worry if you are hanging out in the lounge section. The karts were in pretty good shape and go about 45 mph. First, the instructor guided the drivers around the course and gave some tips. Couple of staff gave me a tip about some karts that were a little faster so dont afraid to ask :) First round was for fastest lap time and second round was for placement. Each driver got a stat sheet from the check-in counter so you can review your spot on the scoreboard compared to others. We also opted for a championship medal ceremony so we had lots of fun photo-ops. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. The place didnt feel too packed but it was surely busy. Good entertainment for big groups.

Worst Experience from the moment we walked in the door. 3 guys wanted to do something fun on a rainy day and we choose this horrible experience. You walk in and nobody helps you. 3 people behind the counter paying more attention to a dog behind the counter. Once we finally figure out what to do we order 2 rides and they dont tell us what to do next. We walk around trying to talk to people to figure out what to do. We finally go into the race pit where the 3 guys we try to ask what to do finally respond with "Didnt they tell you at the front desk" .. Nope they sure didnt thats why were asking you. Finally we get to race and were stopped about 4 times because some of the people didnt follow the rules and some guy dropped his cell phone on the course. After that we didnt stay for our second race and the got out of there. Never doing that again.

We visited this place yesterday (Valentines Day) for a double date. The girl at the front desk who helped us was very professional and polite answering our questions as it was our first time visiting. The wait time was an hour, which actually ended up being more like 30-45 minutes. We planned on doing 2 races that day. We did our first race and by the time we took off our gear and walked into the lobby to get our track results, we were called back out for our 2nd race. No wait time! The guys on the track were helpful in explaining everything. At one point, my friend lost her phone and one of the guys on the track thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly, searched everywhere he could. (It was later found elsewhere.) We had a great time on the track! We will most definitely be coming back real soon!! SHAKE & BAKE!
