This place is so unwelcoming, you walk in the door and stand in this line to get a lane for nearly 40 minutes with several employees walking around there. Then you get to the desk to encounter this rude ass old lady, we finally get the lane and you have to go back to grandma because the keyboard to enter the names doesnt work and now she is with someone else and she makes you wait another 20 mins before she focuses on you. Then my husband goes to the bar for a drink and tells the the bartender he wants ________ drink and the bartender asks him how do you make that? (which at that point we shouldve left) We start to bowl and things were okay for the most part having fun, then my kids go to buy food and needless to say were gone with no exaggeration for nearly 35 minutes, with our games held up because the cook or clerk (whoever) kept going from the food area to the check in desk to the bar. People please dont waste your time, it was one calamity after the next in this place and totally not worth the time!

Went here on a double date this Saturday. It was okay but the music couldve been a little more diverse. my chicken wings smelled like fish, they were really hard & my stomach was upset after eating about 4 wings. Guess they needed to change the frying oil. the bartender name eboni was really nice & despite having multiple people ordering drinks she held her composure. the front desk had 2-3 people behind the counter but when i went to ask a question, 1 guy said im leaving ask them, i ask the young lady behind the desk but she said i dont know then she walked off behind the guy that was leaving, so i wait about 8-10 minutes for a basic question like how to switch bowlers on the screen.

This was my worst bowling experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for a order of fries. Then ordered chilli cheese fries, got no chilli no shredded cheese or jalapenos and was charged 6$. When I spoke with the manager she argued that they had no chilli but wouldnt discount my fries or give me something else to make up for there mistake. Manager SAMUAL WAS the worst Customer service I ever had and the Manager Heather was horrible and rude. The only helpful person was Judy who apologized for thier behavior. I can spend 200$ somerwhere else on Sunday afternoon and will. I wont ever be back and my advice to you is save yourself the hassel and bowl somewhere else.

My experience at this place was horrible on several different occasions. The first time we went its was okay until my mom found a huge ass fly in her drink and it was like in the bottom of her drink, and that did not go well, and mind you this was the third time before getting the drink right. Most recent when we called at 5 to make a reservation for a lane. We get their two minutes before hand. And basically we were denied the lane we reserved because someone was already there and we paid for it.

We recently had a Company Bowling League use this facility and we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and attention we received from Ryan the general manager and the staff. Pro shop was great and the food service was exceptional. The entire experience was excellent. We intend to continue to utilize this facility for future leagues. Highly recommend Brunswick Zone in Margate.

The bowling is so fun but I feel like they are making a few changes for the worse. Come on, bring back darts! Overall, AMF hs cleaned the place up and painted very nicely. The music selection we had during blacklite bowling last week was much better variety for the whole family. So thats a positive change!

Advertisement saying 2.22 for shoes per person on Tuesdays after 6. We show up with our family and no open lanes because they have 3 leagues playing in one night. Apparently every Tuesday. There were open lanes but they wouldnt give them to us.

This place is old and outdated and in massive need of overhaul. The equipment constantly breaks. Bowled one season on a league here and I will never join again. Foods overpriced for bowling alley food. Staff isnt always that friendly.

Place and food was good for our church fun night, only issue is our lanes kept malfunctioning and bowling balls took forever to reload (balls not responding to call button) sometime not at all so we kept having to call for assistance.

Great atmosphere. Love the kids rack so even toddlers can bowl. The food took way too long. Almost 45 min for a turkey burger and onion rings. They were good when I got them but the 2 ladies need help in the snack area.

I have had 7 of my kids Birthday parties here and Heather Smith is Awesome she so good with the children and takes care of the Adults as well... We go bowling all the time here... most def fun for all ages!!!!

Small, not enough staff on a Saturday night, plus the lanes are severely outdated. Also did not have enough balls. Sad part is the alley was not even half full and they struggled to keep up.

The staff is great especially briana in the snack bar. She was so pleasant to talk to! The food was excellent and was made very quick. We had so much fun at brunswick lanes bowling!!!

Building was full i was placed immediately, cheap, awesome service, food is ok, drink is great, nice pool tables. Ryan the manager is hilarious and took amazing care of me and my family

Terrible lanes. If youre a league bowler go somewhere else. Oil machine is broken 90% of the time, and you can tell the staff just doesnt care. Go bowl at sawgrass or strikes.

If i could give less stars i would. I bowl a league here every Monday. We have more and more issues every week. The lanes break down every frame.

The lanes are great but despite having a full liquor bar they dont have some ingredients needed for making mojitos but they do make god drinks

It is a bowling lane. The software as well as the balls feel a bit outdated. But the service, especially Bruce, really made up for it.
