Its a neighborhood could-be-a-gem.... hanging on to the 80s....hoping to become something special.....but isnt one yet hang out place for locals......specially on weekends and rainy days. Is it one of the latest modern-style bowling places? No. If you want to hang out locally and have some fun bowling....then this is pretty much your only option. Honestly, it feels old.... just "not fresh"....specially the bar area that I think would be a huge hit with the locals if someone...anyone....maybe the ownership invested some money. Great location.....full bar.....right on Federal Highway with tons of traffic...neighborhood mix of expensive waterfront homes and hardworking laborers. Doesnt anyone else see what this place can become??? A bowling alley with a nice sports bar and a modern game room in an area that lacks anything else of that sort??? It is located on some Prime Real Estate....but it needs some major remodeling. Whenever there is a good game on (Miami Heat/Dolphins..etc)....this place always gets struck down by many in a group for feeling old.....etc. Game room is small and older. Bar is just old.... friendly bartenders go out of their way to keep everyone happy. Bowling lanes seem to have been retouched and made clean.....but the place doesnt provide that whole experience. (You know...Nice lounge... have a few drinks...bowl and watch some sports on tv). With so many new luxury style bowling places turning up.....I wish the ownership would consider a complete remodel. The money it would make from a modern sports bar alone....while attracting families in the bowling alley and game room would pay for itself. But then again....what do I know? Lol

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was here last night with a few friends when my phone ended up disappearing! We informed our waitress and she said that she would have her boss take a look at the cameras. Well whoever the guy was, was not the boss! Supposedly he could not access the surveillance video himself and the manager who was not there is the only one with the key. When I asked the guy if he can announce over the intercom that there is an iphone missing he told me it didnt work for the front?! We then called the cops to make a report. The cop then asked the guy about the surveillance video and the guy said he called the manager but he did not want to come in to open the door for us. The next morning (today) my cousin who I was bowling with came back to the diamond strike so that he can watch the surveillance video, well the "manager" then told him he CAN NOT watch the video because it is located where he keeps his money!? The "manager" then came out of the room and said there was no surveillance from the previous night because the electricity went out?!?! -this place is EXTREMELY SKETCHY and UNPROFESSIONAL *the electricity never went out the entire time we were there so there is no way that there isnt any footage.

I have been in this area for 26 years and know all the alleys and most of the bars around. This bowling alley has a first class sports bar attached to it with 25 flat screen tvs and 2 pool tables. Now that DiamondStrikethe is under new ownership, you will find that this place is not the the same as when those first three people decided to rate DiamondStrike. STAFF Completely different bar staff. Totally professional and yet friendly people. All with impressive IN THE BIZ pedigrees. Go ahead, challenge them! See ifthe you canthere stump them. Al, one of the evening managers, GETS IT! He knows how treat guests! FOOD An impressive surprise was the kitchen fare! Finally! A bowling alley bar/restaurant that does not serve just bowing alley food. Real, DELICIOUS, food. Check out their MASSIVE burgers! Stop in. Give this place a try! I am pretty sure you will be pleasantly surprised. Just as I was.

Their staff was very rude. On our first time, when we were trying to pay separately the guy at the register asked us to make it easier for him. I found this particularly rude and an inconvenience for us, the customer. Recently, we went back for the arcade since it was the only fun part to this place. We tried one of the machines and after spending at least $25, we finally won a prize. When trying to reclaim the prize, the machine would not work. Therefore we went to the staff only for them to tell us that the machine does not work. They had watched us use the machine the entire time and did not say anything to us. We lost our prize, money and were not given a refund or apology.

CRIME-RIDDEN - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and treatment from the management - such a shame because it is a convenient location and has great lanes and good music at night. Someone - likely a staff member, because I NEVER in 2 hours left my lane - was scoping us out to steal. The robbery our our possessions happened in about 45 seconds of returning shoes. Manager totally not contactable after daily (and hourly) repeated phone calls. Police follow up to take report a few days later was the only time the owner showed up. Security cameras - NOTHING. This place is dangerous - so enjoy carefully and never trust anyone here.

Great bowling alley near our house ...sometimes their are some rowdy customers and I see why management has to run a tight ship, some of the other reviewers I suspect are the rowdier type and are upset they cant manipulate the management. Has a fun game room for kids however some of the games just eat the tokens and are a rip off because not all work. Good pizza ..and sports bar is nice as well...pretty good food and live music. Go for the family specials that include a free pizza ..and a pitcher ...they should offer a deal where you can get a pitcher of beer as well for adults.

Horrible service. I paid for two games. When the second game started it shut off. I asked customer service they asked me for my receipt(PD cash). When I told the to look it up since it was less than an hour ago. He said he didnt have time to and would not. In end I was called a liar and they were the ones who stole the 20 from me since I only got to bowl 1 game. Go to the bowling alley on power line in fort Lauderdale. Much better customer service and they wont Robb you.

ok so me and my family went there for some good family bonding so we go to the jukebox and put some spanish music on (because we are spanish) and everyone is laughing and staring at us and the guy at the microphone says "who ever put this song on please come to the front to see you" and he starts laughing and pionts at us. also are lane kept turning of and theres alot of nasty and highly expensive food and the place is small and crowded i dont recomend it to NO ONE.

Staff is very rude. My siblings were kicked out for wanting to listen to the live band. Supposedly, if you are under 18, you will b kicked out. They werent doing anything bad at all. There is nothing that states that on the website, or even the door to the building that those under 18 will be kicked out. Absolutely terrible service. Never coming back.
