My Experience was as follows: Rosemary (assistant manager) very impersonal. Made me feel very uncomfortable. No smiles, no thank yous, nothing. What she was: annoyed because I made a mistake and added an extra person I thought would play. Her response "now i have to delete the whole bill and start all over again". (She said it 3 times) with a poker face. 2.) The cook. Well she was overwelmed with cooking, cleaning, being the bartender, cashier, etc. Which did not make her job pleasant either, therefore being stressed. There is a dish on the menu wich is a variet of stuff. Costs is $21 or $22. Something close to that. Nope couldnt have it. Rosemary did not honor it. Rather they wanted to get the items individually and overcharge that price. While giving less wings (only 5) to be exact instead of what picture shows. Look yourselfs. Also waited very long time for the entire process. When you spend over $200.00 you expect a little better customer service. Even at a bowling alley.

From the beginning the assistant manager Rosemary had attitude. No pleasant customer service. Then my mom accidentally counted an extra person for the games and she became very disgruntled and kept huffing and puffing and saying how shes going to have to do everyytthiiing all over again and any question my mom had she was getting flustered. Then my mom went to get some food and it took forever especially with only one person back there preparing food. Then if we had an issue with the bowling system and asked for assistance they would be super rude about it. I understand working can be a "job" but dont take it out on the customers that are paying already lots of money. The food wasnt too great either but its super expensive. I guess part of the bowling experience so at least be a little more respectful. Definitely wouldnt personally go back.

What a rip off!!! They charge $5.99 per game / per person plus shoes. That amounted to $32.05 for ONE game between me and my 2 kids... About 40 minutes. Next game they wanted to charge me another $16.50. Thats ridiculous!. Sparez is a much better value. They charge per lane per hour. This is NOT a practical place for a family outing. Dont recommend it. Plus the people at the desk have a take it or leave it attitude. NEWS FLASH TO THE ESTABLISHMENT.... YOUR NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN!! The place seems to focus on the birthday party business so they seem to not care if the individual/family patrons are happy or not with their pricing structure If your looking at reviews.. I suggest you dont bother with AMF Davie Lanes and go through the same crappie experience I just went through. Go anywhere else!

I use to work for this place, and to be honest i was the best worker there. Once i left this place started to fall apart. But thats not what im here for. Im here to tell the world the truth. The food there isnt 100% real and the kegs for beer are generally messed up most of the time. Not only that i and two other former employees were banned from this place from "direct orders" from kenny Alvarez the GM of that store for no reason. They gave us no explanation on why we were banned. So the only place us 3 former employees are not aloud on the premmis of amf Davie lanes again for no reason. I strongly suggest not coming here cause most of the negative reviews you see here on their page is 9/10 is true

would give this place zero stars if possible, me and another 5 people were super excited to bowl tonight after each one of us paid and had kept our receipts they shut off our game mid way. We asked why and they said only 4 people paid, we had all of our receipts in hand they still did not give us a refund or let us continue our game. I even tipped MICHAEL on the receipt and he refused to keep on our game and would not give us the receipts back. Customer service is horrible here, although the atmosphere is nice and the music is good every worker/ manager we talked to was rude. Whatever you do dont deal with Michael, hes the rudest of them all!!

I dont think they price correctly - its too expensive..., its by person $5.99 10 shots plus shoe rental another $5. Finger food available, beer as well, they have a pool table and dards as well. The ambiance is good, kind of dark to my taste, I couldnt see much. If you go with a large group Id recommend to get two lanes otherwise you will end up with no table/chairs and bumping with the people using the neighboring lanes. The staff is friendly.

I have to rate the place base on the price for the rental, play time and food services. As price does its a bit higher than most place I have gone before and as food goes they need to get HELP my wife place and order for nachos and I have to ask for the money back because we was about to finish the game and they didnt even start the nachos, it is not a meal! my kids have fun for a few hrs, but dont expect a fast services here.

DO NOT BUY GROUPON, these people are thieves. They know they pakc the lanes EVERY single nighy and still sell you groupons for use. I called the night before to make sure everything was fine with my purchase or if there were any exceptions - they said I was good and to come on in. When I got there they declined they told me they NEVER have lanes available on any weekday from 6- close. THIS IS NOT STATED ON THE GROUPON.

LOVE, LOVE, AMF Davie Lanes!! The lanes are very well maintained, all the staff are friendly and accommodating! They answer any questions you may have, and give bowling tips! The food is made to order and excellent! Very family friendly, and my 13 year old just joined a league and loves it! I highly recommend this bowling alley! We dont bowl anywhere else but AMF Davie Lanes!

Clearly is a business ran by hourly employees.... business want to make money, employees want a paycheck... so all I can say you will be treated based on how much revenue you bring to the place... so watch out single players or couples or small groups... moneymakers will be given the obvious preferred treatment.

Awful.. We drove in horrible traffic just to be told that we couldnt use any of the 15+ open lanes because it would "disturb" the league bowlers. On a hunch we called from the parking lot 3 minutes later and were told that they had 2 lanes open and to come on down. Dont waste your time with this place.

I love bowling here.but,the service sucks.we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to ring us up because the manger was doing something there was a line be hind us and all we wanted to do was play a quick game.when he finally came out he took a huge group that was behind us.not very please
