If it were possible to give this place less than 1-star, I would. There were only two people seated in the restaurant when we arrived for dinner. I told the server that we were on a time crunch and needed to be sure we could be out of there quickly. I was assured this wouldnt be a problem. She was wrong. More than 30 minutes to get a cheese quesadilla and an over cooked chicken tender basket, with fries that rival the texture of pencils, for our kids. The thing is, the staff was even worse than our food. One server was texting in the bathroom hallway the entire time we were there, our server would vanish for 10-15 minutes at a time, and another slacking and snacking behind the bar. Waited 15 minutes for refills and asked multiple time for silverware. Asked for manager and was sent a kid who couldnt have been more than 18 to tell me there was no manager there. Asked for the owners name and the request was refused. Assuming the owner of this business has any common sense, I would assume they would be enraged and embarrassed to learn what an inept staff they employed. Ive had many sh*tty, less than desirable eating experiences in my life, but this one took over as the new #1... at least they are good at something. Point being, dont waste your time and hard earned money.

They earned two stars because it was very affordable ($6 a person with shoes on Thursday), and the woman at the front desk was very polite, but the cons kept it from being higher. The cons: unlike every other bowling alley I have ever been to, you have to get a heavier ball to get larger finger holes in the ball. Some of us have larger hands but dont want to use a 14 pound ball. The credit card machine at the snack bar was broken, and they wouldnt ring it up at the front counter instead. The atm they have charges $2.75 plus bank fees, making $7.50 pitcher of soda over $10, maybe $11. The pin setter on our machine got jammed and it took nearly 10 minutes for them to fix it, there is no reset button to push yourself like other alleys. I miss the old management from a few years ago.

I give it a one on the fact that when I was last there maybe a year ago or so, the whole time I was trying ro bowl with my father the lanes and pins items where getting f***ed up and took forever to do one game. We eventually left cause of how it was, the staff had been no help to the matter of it. I miss how it was years ago at lest back then the lanes and staff was better and it was actually fun. Wish things where better, I know this sounds harsh but it is true.

This place is great for leisure bowlers. No crowding out by leagues like Cypress Lanes. Nice atmosphere and staff. Way nicer then Cypress Lanes in Winter Haven mean people ...Love First Frame Bowling.

Horrible experience. Staff was rude and talked back. I would never recommend this place to anybody. And theyre food is disgusting.

Arcade games are either overpriced or do not work... It shows its age. Staff lacks customer service.
