Service is horrible. Employees are lazy, monotone, and have an attitude. The woman who rang us up sent us to our lane where we started to bowl. I tried to put up the bumpers for my wife but the never came up. She tried to bowl and see if theyd come up during her next turn but they didnt. I went to the counter and wait a moment but no one was there. I rang a bell they had on the counter and a woman poked her head out of the back office and told me to wait. Then the woman who rang us up came out and I told her what was going on. She simply replied "oh", went over to a panel and flipped a switch and then returned to the office without even looking back. I was just like, ooook and went back to my lane. The bumpers were up for my wife but the ball return wasnt returning our balls. At this point, my wife was irritated that nothing was working. She went up to the counter and complained to the same woman at the counter. The woman said that shed get someone to help and went back to the office where my wife overheard the woman mocking her as she explained our complaints to another employee. Then she came out and asked another employee, an older gentleman, to help us out. He said OK and then walked away in the complete wrong direction. My wife returned to our lane to tell me the attitude she got from the front desk woman and how the man that was supposed to be helping us left to another lane to go do something else. We waited a few minutes before the man moseyed on over to us, took one look at the machine, and flipped some flap down. He then told me, "its because you flipped this up. You cant touch that". I told him we didnt touch it. We had just gotten there. Rolled two bowling balls and neither came back so we asked for help. He then replied, "well you must have or theyd be coming back!" And then walked away. I couldnt believe hed accuse a customer and argue with them over something so stupid. Especially when it didnt occur to him that anyone could have done it before we got there. At this point my wife was done and we didnt want to spend another penny there. We finished our games and left. Overall the facility was a standard bowling alley. They have cheap food options and a large variety. They have a lot of bowling specials that make it pretty cheap to bowl. Its a fun, cheap way to spend your free time with friends and family. Especially since theres hardly anything to do withing a 20 minute radius of the base. 3 stars because the employees are, by far, the worst part of our experience.

Great family environment, great prices, friendly staff, good food (they bring your order to you) the one thing i wish this place improve on is their bathrooms... Theyre old, typically looks unattended, theres no diaper station (at least in the mens bathroom) someone there isnt even paper towel. Overall the bathrooms could use a complete overhaul.

I work here! It is an inexpensive bowling center proudly serving the US Navy. Civilians can bowl here once they apply for an MWR pass and pass the background check.
