Acoustically, probably the worst music venue Ive ever attended. The speaker setup combined with an extremely poor sound engineer made for an almost painful experience, and is a real injustice to the talent that performs there. Hardly any seating, and the place was hot and packed in like sardines. If you are even slightly claustrophobic, you dont want to attend a popular concert here. On the upside, the security was tight, and the beer selection was pretty good. One of my very favorite music venues is right next door at The Brewhouse Gallery, and I believe shares the same owner. Im hoping he invests in a full redesign of the theater. I have a lot of respect for his contributions to the neighborhood, but I wont attend another show at the theater.

In general, good local place. Here are the major cons: 1. There is no reentry even with your wristband so dont get there early or buy a ticket if you have any intent to go to car, next door to Brewhouse, or to meet friends. 2. They dont say there is an opening band or the bands time schedule, so if you get there in time and unfortunately get stuck inside without rentry, you are stuck until the band you came to see comes on. I waited on the couch in the lobby for an hour. Whats sad for them is that I would have been a much happier customer and spent $20 on beer next door at their same-owner bar, Brewhouse. Instead I sat on lobby couch with no drink, listening to a crappy opening band I had no intention to sit though .

Worst place EVER!! No fun allowed here at all! Kicked my girl out for dancing, yes, dancing. Apparently we missed the sign that said "no fun allowed". Rude staff, crappy drinks, if you are reading this just do yourself a favor and never go there!
