First off we have been coming here for years...we were 3. There were lots of patches of lawn seating, we found a spot. We heard a woman complaining very loudly as her husbands chair was behind us and she didnt want anyone near her family...made no sense as its "lawn seating..." Plus they were in chairs we were sitting in the grass so we wouldnt have disturbed their view and besides we were very much to ourselves and not in anyones way accept they felt like they owned all the patches of lawn surrounding them. I asked her to please stop complaining as it was becoming ridiculous. That wasnt so much the issue for me. At some point she evidentially got a member of the staff...not sure what she said to him but he walked up behind us and told us to move...I asked him why and he said bc a man was going to be sitting in the chair that was 4 behind us. I asked the staff member why does that mean we have to go? He was very unprofessional and kept repeating we needed to move and I asked why? We arent sitting on top of any one the group just didnt want anyone they didnt know around them, again...its lawn seating...we werent bothering them, we werent loud or getting into anyones business they were being "awfully" territorial. However It was the staff member that was more concerning by his unprofessionalism... if he would have done his job correctly he would have observed we were quietly enjoying amongst ourselves and the space we were sitting in was more than adequate. We got up as the situation was beyond stupid...we wont be going to the venue for concerts there anymore. We did try to talk to other staff members to get a handle on why it happened the way it did but got no answers, we were told to talk to hire ups in diff colored staff shirts but the entire concert couldnt find 1 of the higher up staff members they were referring to....thats fine we like to go where we are welcomed we will spend our $$ else where its not the only venue for concerts.

I will start by saying that this venue is nice for listening to a concert. The venue is clean and the acoustics are of good quality. But, I will never venture to Cruzan again for a show. The difficult night started out with the venues poorly orchestrated filtering of a three lane highway into one artery for parking. This process was chaotic and took about 30 min for less than a mile of roadway due to everyone continuing to cut in front of us. Once we made it into the parking lot it wasnt much better organized having us park oddly close to other cars in the middle of a field. I was told to get VIP parking to avoid all this, but it was sold out. Once inside the concessions were typically ridiculously priced, but what was really poor was the bathroom situation. Trying to use the bathroom at set break was again like trying to get into the venue to park, a huge line that wasnt worth waiting for. They definitely need portable bathrooms or more facilities. After all this we escaped early to avoid the crowd, lord knows how long it took everyone to get out of that mess. I will never see a show there a again!!!

I though this venue was great - I had never been here before and though the facility was first class - clean - wide rows so you really do not even have to stand up to let someone through. I would have given them 5 stars but I found a couple of things worth noting - Porta-Potties - no toilet paper! the girls had to grab napkins from the taco truck - not cool Bathrooms in general - the electric hand dryers were broken or at least not powered on and the majority of the paper towel machines were also not working or had missing paper all together. Leaving the facility is also an issue - I know that traffic control is important - but we had a friend who had her car in another lot and we didnt want her to walk to it - we had to drive completely around the facility on the outside roads- not very good Porta-Potties - you need to put some in the parking lots as they are only by the exits of the lots - this is very inconvenient

Not my favorite venue but it is as expected. Subject to weather for the lawn seating, so check the weather report! I have not purchased anything other than reserved seats under the cover. I have seen multiple shows at this venue and enjoyed them all. Food and beverage are priced high as you might expect. If you decide to get refreshments that include an adult beverage it pays to shop the several bars there. I paid $17 for a double gin and tonic that they made with "Kamchatka" brand and it was wretched. Maybe club soda or seltzer water instead of tonic as well.Wins worst drink ever, hands down. Went to another place there and got Beefeater in a drink made right for the same price. $5 for a bottle of water, so hydrate well before you get to the gate on a hot day. Id come in from Belvedere Rd but leave on Weisman Way west to 441/St Rd 7.

Ive seen a lot of shows here, and I always end up disappointed in some way. First, general parking is free, but you get what you pay for. Unless you get to your event super early, expect a long hike over gravel and grass. Once you get inside, hopefully you paid for an assigned seat, because the lawn here is terrible. The sound quality is low, and the video screens are low definition and at least 20 years old. Theyre also impossible to see if its light outside. If you are in the lawn, MAKE SURE TO BRING A CHAIR!! Youre allowed to bring your own lawn/beach chairs in, and its much more comfortable than the sloped grass. They do tend to have decent food options - lately they have had food trucks - but expect to pay a boatload for everything.

Even though there are seats under cover, it is so much more comfortable with a ground blanket/tarp and reclining Tommy Bahama type beach chairs. People bring snacks/food and are very social. For $5 you can rent a lawn chair. It is easy to get to from either Belvedere or Southern Boulevards. There is ample parking. While you cannot take in beer/alcohol, it is available inside the venu for astronomical prices. The toilets are miles away so plan ahead. The sound is generally good depending on the band. The jumbo screans are not that big and only work depending on the band. When the weather is good, it cant be beaten for comfort and spectucakar sunsets. It was originally called Coral Sky Amphitheater for a reason.

Thoroughly upset. Firstly, I have been going there since they opened. I went there a few months back seemed okay. Tonite was a total disaster, the lines to get in were awful, totally understaffed by awful workers. The people checking us in were slow and only 6 people checking in thousands. People were fainting from heat. The staff they have hired was terrible for check in period. The bathrooms are completely disgusting and not kept up and no hand towels whats so ever. Spent a fortune on tickets the band was amazing thank god, we sat up close and it rained we were covered by roof but it was leaking. Someone needs to completely renovate and fix that place its gone so down hill its depressing.
