Adjacent to or combined with Taylor Park (of Cocoa / Cocoa Village, not to be confused with the Taylor Park in Rockledge). The old Taylor Park section is mostly a playground area, shaded by live oaks or something similar. Some benches and a couple of picnic tables as well, mostly shaded. Cocoa Riverfront Park provides restrooms, a sand volleyball court, an open-air amphitheater where there are sometimes performances, and a play fountain for kids (begins to work at 10AM -- set on a timer; you press a button; showers available on each side). There is also an extensive riverfront boardwalk that connects to to Lee Wenner Park, which is predominantly a marina / boat ramp area. Its all rather pretty, and some of the walkways around the park are covered / provide some shade. Regarding parking: a local told me that if the closer-in spots fill up, you can park at Lee Wenner. I did notice a decent amount of parking at Lee Wenner. To get to Lee Wenner, you may have to go around. A lot of the local streets are one-way but also provide parking (with good access to local eateries and artisan shops, for those interested). Regarding concerts / special events: I believe that you must purchase tickets, likely in advance. Weve never been there for a concert, but they have signs with info when an event is planned. Worth a trip if youre in the area, imo. = )

Too sweet!10 acres ON THE RIVER right next to historic Cocoa Villages restaurants and shops! The park has many nice shady areas, including a covered pavilion walkway around the amphitheaters grassy lawn. A kids playground is also shaded by huge, majestic oaks. There is a wonderful ground level cascading fountain for kids - and big "kids"- to run through and cool off. The long riverside boardwalk even has fishing spots! Watch for monthly Friday kids movie nights on the grass in the awesome amphitheater - and incredible fireworks and concert on July 4th! Lots of music events throughout the year!

Would like me to see more family events, like the Praisefest. Really enjoyed Fiesta Brevard- but there werent too many people there. Parking can be very tricky for craft fairs and other big events. Love the amphitheater. Wish this were a non-smoking park. I hope they post a public bulletin board near the playground and water fountain, as well as in the bathrooms with pictures of Most Wanted, Pedophiles, and Child Predators for public safety. I love the fireworks at the New Years eve event.

I bring my Grandson here. Love it. Has a playground and water pad plus a big grass area. Bathrooms are right there. They just put a nice playground type mat material where the splash pad is so hopefully kids wont slip and fall as much. I bring a lunch or snack with us because you can sit at the picnic tables or put a blanket down on the lawn. He can get hot playing then go cool off. Brevard County is Awesome for familys. Plenty of Free places to bring the kids.

I think this park great all ages to enjoy. We have visited this park several tomes before but this last visit was going great until the FLIES showed up trying to get at our lunch. There were five of us enjoying a day at the water fountains. Our grandkids were enjoying running out of the water fountains. We wish something could be done to rid the park of those large Flies.

Belle plage. Attention toujours de grosses vagues, on se mouille cest tout. Très bien pour le surf. Anciennement lieu de coursses automobiles, elle est ouverte aux voitures particulières à 10 mph.

This park is wonderful to visit with the whole family, even on warm, sunny days, thanks to all the trees that provide shade and the splash pad! Plenty of space to run and play, "beach" volleyball court, etc. Plus, its right in the middle of Cocoa Village, so there are many restaurants and ice cream shops to choose from if you get hungry.

Lovely spot on historic Cocoa Village. Also known as Taylor Park. Great kids play area. Nice restaurants, and shops around it. Lots of shade. They have several events throughout the year, in Cocoa Village,, like art shows, 4th July, concerts, etc.

This place is beautiful but the parking is HORRIBLE! Make sure you go early to an event or you will spend a very long time circling for parking. I get the area is small and not to many people go regularly but they need some improvement on parking.

We enjoy this beautiful park very much. They have a nicely shaded playground and fun dancing fountains that the children love to play in. Theres always a fun event or festival going on and many summertime activities like movies in the park.

Nice, wide open design, well tended. Childrens playground and bathing fountain. Dock along Indian River featuring pavilions with areas for launching watercraft. The breeze from the river while watching the sunset is always nice!

We went to the July 4th celebration here and there was a good size crowd yet there is still plenty of room on the kids playgrounds, and in the fields. Hearing the symphony orchestra and the amphitheater there was phenomenal!

Now here is a park where the people actually take care of it the persons that work there are very very good needless to say they put Lee Winter Park to shame shame on Brevard County for letting such a nice place go bad

The park itself is top quality and very well taken care of. Unfortunately if you take a few steps out on the boardwalk youll notice the high level of pollution in the river with dead fish as far as the eye can see. :/

Very nice park, love the river front boardwalk. I think there could be some more regulation about cleanliness of the bathroom facilities and dogs. Overall, a wonderful place to take the kids to play.

Beautiful park with great views over the water, and a wonderful playground. Also, close to Cocoa Village which is a pristine shopping street with lots of unique shops and antiques.

Shut this place down until they can sign someone better than Rebeloution to play 9 times a month. Listening to the same 2 chords over and over again gives you a headache.

Its a nice outdoor space, but is closed entirely too often by the City of Cocoa. Fences and security people are entirely too common for a community space.
