The drive to the course was about 60 miles for us. We drove through a gorgeous development with what appeared to be million dollar homes. Our thoughts were "surely the golf course would be just as beautiful". NOT! What a dump. This place obviously received some rain recently and the course does not drain well. There was water everywhere. The course is ragged, not well maintained, water or no water, no care is taken on this course. It is on the scale of a Municipal Course in a bad part of town where the cost is so low, anyone can play. The golf carts were in horrendous shape and the one we used had such a horrible ride, we didnt think it would last 18 holes. The greens were not consistent and bunkers had no sand. I doubt Tom Fasio planned this course to look this way years ago. I will definitely remove this course out of my golf GPS. Ill not use the rounds weve already paid for. Ill take a loss because it definitely is not a course to play twice.

Played on 10/25/15 for $26.00. The reviews here trashing this course are likely guys who buy $1,400 iron sets and think theyre better than they are. Yes, you can tell at one time this was a pristine golf club, but it was definitely playable. Most tee boxes looked good and fairways were decent. Rough was rough, though. The greens were not the best but you can see the efforts theyre making to improve them. The guy at the desk was very nice and pace for the day was very good. The layout is tough but fun. And the roads are just residential street. Oh and there are deer everywhere which is pretty cool. Its what you would expect for $26.00 a round, and people who act Ike they should be at pebble beach need to get over it. Ill be playing here again. Just manage your expectations. The greens fee is an accurate measure of the course.

Very, very sad. This was, at one point, a beautiful course. Course conditions this afternoon were borderline unplayable. The fairways consisted of no less than six different species of grass, none of which was golf course grade Bermuda grass. Course drainage is virtually nonexistent, with large puddles of standing water on it least six of the nine holes that I played. The greens were burnt and uneven. The level of concern shown for this course can be seen in the parking lot, where grass and weeds have been allowed to grow through every crack in the sidewalk. A course in this condition should be closed down and someone with some concern should come in and buy this course and turn it back into the gym it used to be

I played this course earlier this year and it was one of the worst golf courses that I have ever played. Almost everything was in an awful state. The greens had weeds every where and most of the fairways were wet. The rough area outside of the fairways were overgrown and not maintained. I had played here a couple of years ago and it was nice. Not sure what is going on with management. I only paid $15, but I will not go back until I know that the course has been repaired :-(

The guy "Crocker" like two comments under here is the GM. Obviously trying to boost the rating. Ive played tournaments here where the course is complete hard pan or completely saturated with water. Its so inconsistent. The drainage/irrigation system must be from that yaba-daba-doo-age. Its just not a "good golf experience" If youre in the area, you might as well head to Red Tail!

course has had some ups and downs with owners/ managment. they had shut down for a while but have since reopened. played there this past saturday (1/10/15) and was surprised to see that the course was in the best condition that it had been in years. the pro shop was void of mechandise ( which doesnt bother me). im glad its back and in good shape. good rates. come and play.

worse golf course I have seen - can tell at one time this place would have been great but the current management team has done a HORRIBLE job - place looks abandoned - the cart paths have huge holes, and are full of mud - the greens are just dirt - and the grass is 2 feet + look for pictures of this place on the internet for recent conditions before you dare go near

We are so impressed with what the new owners have done to the golf course. We love living here and are beyond thrilled that the golf course is making a come back. The greens look great, we are so appreciative of the effort. The food at the grill was really good too! I recommend people trying the grill and golf for sure. Thank you again to the new owners!

The course definitely was better years ago , the course was built on a horrible foundation to start with , so that explains the muck sometimes. This course though is build ur length and target practice, the greens are what they are , they are pretty fast but not very pure but you should be able to get the most out of them.

New management took over the golf course, so with that being sad the course isnt to the standards it used to be. For the price it isnt a bad value, the green are in decent shape. However, the real treat is the wildlife and all the amazing homes you see on the course...breathtaking!

Course wasnt in very good shape. Club house was empty with stained carpet. Played here about 10 years ago and it was beautiful. Course layout is GREAT. Its really a ashame that its not taken better care of. It really could be one of the Orlando Area best golf courses.

Absolutely horrendous condition...you pull up to the facility, the grass is up to your knees, the course is not maintained at all...So very said to see this once amazing golf course in such a sad sad state. Needs to be taken over by people who know and live/love golf

The golf course has good greens and the fairways are firm but improving. The layout is very interesting with all kinds of wild life. I expect the course to improve as the summer progresses.

Just played after re-opening. What a surprise, grass on greens, fairways were very nice, had a very enjoyable round. You can tell somebody really cares , cant wait to return.

Course once was very nice but has deteriorated badly. Greens are in poor shape, tee boxes not well maintained. Hope they can get this corrected.
