I take my 2 boys to this skate park for lessons from Paul Hurtado. This is a HUGE park with a wide variety of ramps to choose from. It could use a little TLC, but not really that much. It is REALLY EXPENSIVE for the condition its in. Which is why its pretty dead most of the time. There is a lot of garbage around the park which is weird to me since there are official employees. This park could be one of the best in the state with some proper management and a little bit of money spent on it. Even in the condition its in and the high cost I still take my boys.

This is one of more well maintained fields in the area with vast fields that accommodate a number of sports. Its a nice place to plan a day out the family or pick up games with some friends. The $5 entrance fee (per person might I add) is more than enough to put most people off which is understandable but pales in comparison to the wonderful time you could have here.

The fields are not well kept, they do no or very little maintenance. Poor services. They even charged us an entrance fee per person. The lines on the field were barely visible and the benches were dirty. The grass was not cut properly and the surface had some holes that made ball control difficult. It could be much better potentially but there is no attention.

Drove down from Tampa to ride the Velodrome, waited around for an hour for them to open and no one showed up. Apparently they changed their hours three months earlier and never bothered to update their website of the sign on the door. Current hours via the Florida Velodrome Association M-F 5:30pm-9:30pm Sat1pm -9pm Sun 1pm-7pm

Nice sports complex, little bit of everything: baseball fields, soccer, basketball, velodrome, playground, disc golf, benches, a shelter, public restrooms, small area with workout stations, walking/jogging trails with photography opportunities along the way (burrowing owls). You only pay admission on weekends and holidays.

This park has great facilities that are not found in any other park in the area. Aside from the more common facilities, like basketball courts, baseball fields, and soccer fields, they also have a cricket field, frisby field, velodrome for cyclist and skating, and a closed road course for cycling and skating.

Usually parks like these have very little bad things to say about them. This park was quite spacious and had a number of different venues that you could see or take part in. I went in for biking only and found that I was able to quite easily. Warning, probably dont want to go in if the weather is inclement.

This skatepark is honestly so run down. I cant even imagine anyone thinking this park is in "fine" shape. I was riding the ramp and a hole caught my wheel and I fell. Dont think there is only one hole, THERE ARE MANY. Screws are laying around the ramps, which also caught my wheel at one point too.

Softball field is worst shape in broward. Total chaos in the leagues. Only one umpire per field. 3-4 good umpires that at least try to be fair the most just give the locals the calls. Website standing/schedule information is average at best

The Velodrome is fantastic. I suggest going to see the riders, but if you want to try it yourself go during the week when it is less crowded. The road track is also another great amenity. This is a good park if you are into sports.

Most of the ramps are gone. Its sad, All the wooden ramps rotted away and they did not repair them. They still have a few ramps left and they no longer charge. The skatepark opens at 5:30p

I love how they play music while we are at the skateboarding, biking, etc. They have a variety of ramps and the velodrome is amazing. Highly recommended for bikers and skateboarders

Big, spacious park! Visited with my 2 teenagers to Pokemon GO hunt, enjoyed the trails we walked. Noticed there is a large exercise area, along with a skateboard park and BMX park.
