On March 19 2016 three other people and I went to Strikers Family Sportscenter. This is what I like and dislike about Strikers. Pros: This bowling alley is a very good and basic place to have some fun. Although the employees didn’t help much. It was pretty easy to set up and get started. The bowling alley is very big and looks great from the inside. The bowling alley is also pretty clean. Cons: When we arrived the building did not look very nice from the outside. The sign could have been bigger and more colour or pictures on the front of the building would be more eyecatching. Although the man that helped us get set up was pleasant, he assumed that we knew what we were doing. He told us what package was best for us but we still had to pay a little extra for the shoes. I think the shoes should be included in the price. After we got to our alley we did not know where to get the bowling balls so we had to go back and ask the same man. He told us where and how to get the balls and we got them. Also he initially forgot to give us the kids balls that we needed. After the first person went the timer starts. In the middle of our game one of our balls did not come out so we needed to go and get another ball which happened a couple of times and in this time the timer was counting down. Another time the thing that clears the pins did not clear a pin so we had to go back to the front and ask them to clear it by hand. The timer was still counting down all that time so we missed at least 8-10 minutes of game time (We paid for an hour). Overall this place is good if you are not expecting 5 star service.

Extremely displeased with this location! I had purchased a Groupon for this bowling alley as a birthday gift. The Wednesday before the Saturday we went I called because the Groupon said you could not make reservations in advance and you have to be present before 7 oclock to use the Groupon. I more or less wanted to get a feel for the environment because I live an hour away. They told me as long as I was there before 7 oclock that I would be promised a lane even if we had to wait the wait time (which was TWO hours). As soon as we got there we got turned down and so did the people behind us who also had the promo they need to better train their staff instead of wasting peoples precious time. I also gave this a one star because the place had maybe 15 lanes and it was not very clean smelling in there (glad we didnt use their shoes) also it was boring! We went to Sawgrass lanes only 3 miles away much better with a full bar :)

I wouldnt rate this one star If possible. First of all, when we got here the damn lane wasent working nor did it have any pins up plus the touchpad neither worked. We Wasted fifteen mins for it to be fixed instead of replacing us a different lane. Secondly, after continuing to telling front desk (which took twenty pins) that the pins werent coming back down &a that the balls were disappearing, some manager came over & pretty much told us it was our fault why it kept acting up because we didnt wait to bowl the ball until the party after us completed their bowl first. The entire night we didnt get not one apology!! Overall nice atmosphere, the employees had no damn consideration whatsoever. We got there at 930, party of 2 & only played one game & a half !

just got home from celebrating my sons 12 yr birthday, i had reserved a party package for my son set for 3pm deposit of $50.00 was paid 3 days ago,upon arrival come to find out they where having a tournament and our reservation was not process but deposit was taken aperently the week day manager forgot our reservation, lucky the weekend asst.manager Jeanne came to our rescue and saved the day by calling the manager at the end of the day she and along the staff toke care and made sure everything went wright. they deserve the recognition thank you so much for saving the day and being so attentive and resolving the problem. we will go back again.

Wouldnt take groupon with over 20 lanes open. On Sunday at 3:25. Said they are "too busy today". Maybe they should have thought about that before they made the rules of the groupon which clearly state not after 7 p.m. on Friday Saturday or Sunday. Im not sure but 325 sounds like it is earlier than 7 p.m. and not later but I could be mistaken. Want to leave but its someone elses child birthday and dont Want to disappoint the kid. Great job Strikers you got my money this time but never again. Technically you got it twice because I wasted money on the groupon. Anyone want to buy a no good/useless Groupon voucher from me?

1$ games ok thats great that is if you can even make it in the door. It starts when you pull up in the parking lot when your passenger ask did you fart. Nooo. I didnt fart did you ? Then you open your doors to be hit in the face with what smells like a bbq turd fest. Once inside the smell of raw sewage lingers inside the. Building. Everything is really old its like going back to 1970s in a hot tub turd time machine. It wasnt for the feeling of bowling in a port a potty then the relatively cheap drink prices and cheap games would make this a decent alley or drink spot

I strongly suggest not going. The manager is the most unprofessional disrespectful person Ive ever met in my entire life. Im usually a pretty laid back guy but this guy just rubbed you the wrong way. I am not sure where he learned customer service but he should ask for his money back. It is embarrassing that a company like this would have someone like that working for them. Its obvious that this guy gets many complaints as he never wears his name badge. What a douchebag!

Family friendly staff well organized. We waited for half an hour for a lane but we ordered snacks and food while we waited and played in the arcade room. Pizza is good prices for food is great. We had a great time we got the two hour deal for up to 5 people it includes the shoes and 1 topping pizza pie. Good place to have a childrens party. Or hang out with a group of friends. No matter what age its great for everyone.

Horrible...bad service, extremely unfriendly and stinks. Management did not care about deal with Groupon. They stated multiple times that deal with Groupon is with Groupon and not them. As a result i will make a complaint with Groupon as well. However cleanliness and customer service are not Grpupon related. Any good reviews on this place are fake news. Went with family of 8 and we all agreed: NEVER AGAIN!!!

Probably one of the worst bowling spots Ive ever been to. The food is terrible and the service is even worse. Staff is so rude and unfriendly. The specials are great but its not worth the aggravation from the staff. The food service workers were the absolute worst. I will never return or recommend anyone patronize this poorly run establishment. Management please consider the overall experience of your customers.
