I brought my 13 year old daughter there for her birthday today. Here and her three friends appeared to be having blast. I ate some pizza and watched . I text my wife and told her we definitely need to bring are other children here . Thats what I thought. Well when they came down the jump and told me what happened, I will never go there or recommend going there. The three of them explained that employees watching over were swearing using f bombs and racial slurs . One of them helping kids jump was looking for the other employee that is supposed to be at the bottom waiting and when he didnt see them was saying that " they need to hurry the f*** up" . Another employee said back " the owner is here today ". His reply was " I dont care , he can hear it too !" . Right after the kids told me this , I brought it to management. She was very apologetic. Gave me three free passes if I want to come back . She instructed another employee to go talk to the employee that was swearing. On my way out ,I did see the owner . He was busy with other people. I should have told him about my experience. I just left 20 minutes ago to take my daughter and friends to eat somewhere else . Not looking forward to the texts and phone calls I will receive from the other parents. Very disappointed !

I thought that this park would be a lot of fun and we would stay there for a couple of hours. I came here with my friend and we were planning on staying there for a while. We paid 30 dollars each for- it, zip it, and jump it. We were there for about an hour and soon after we went to jump. We were never informed that after you jump they would take off our harness and tell us it was over. There are no signs or employees who tell us its the end after you jump. They should not work that way and they should at least have someone to tell us that or a sign. I am very disappointed that this horrible place ruined my friend Millys birthday and our experience. I am sure other people have had this problem before. I will never come back to this place again for this bad service. I rate this 0 stars.

Overall was a great experience! Went on the Zip It and Jump It portions with my 3 girls (9, 7, & 5) and all had a great time and cant wait to go back! The ticket line and entrance line were both manageable, my reason for only 4 stars is because I felt there was too much bottlenecking while up on the ropes, there are parts that are hard for some smaller kids (and some adults) and without staff there to help it creates a bottleneck. They really need two to three more staff members up on the course before and after all the zip lines to keep it moving. Overall though, was a really great experience and we do look forward to going back again!

The course itself was good and a fun challenge for all ages. My complaint is the wait for entering the course and the wait for the zip lines. They need people through out the course as well for children and helping when there is an issue with equipment and when small children get stuck. the course itself is a 5 with the zip line over the water and versatility with ages and challenges but they must have better execution and better staff they are severly lacking in helping customers and caring about the execution of the course.

This is a great place to take your kids on a rainy day! They have pizza, ice cream, and an impressively large ropes course with a zip line. The zip line is particularly cool because it goes over a musical fountain show. They also have a mini balancing beam set for the little ones. The one odd thing is that its in the back of a giant furniture store. I cant imagine that many people impulse buy a mattress on the way out, but what do I know. Im not a marketing guy.

Although I quickly realized how afraid of heights I really am, we had a good time. The course takes about 90 minutes to complete, and it can get a little crowded. But well worth the 30 dollar admission to jump down the 4 stories when youre done. I strongly recommend having a sundae while watching the light show. Good time for the whole family or your courageous group of friends.

Pros: indoors, away from weather concerns You dont have to go point A to point B, so you can make your own path You can stay on the course for as long as youd like Cons: the metal construction gives a lot more rigidity than a course with wires, making it fairly easy The kids love the zip lines, thus lines form there Its indoors, away from nature

If you want to have shorter lines on weekends, be here right before they open or come later in the day. The corse itself it not overly challenging, most people can do it. The hights factor it what makes it interesting. You can finish the corse by jumping off the 4th level for a controlled free fall, for $5 dollars of course.

Amazing ropes course with five levels, rock climbing, and pole balancing. There are a variety of obstacles and way to transverse over to where you need to be, but at times, it can get congested if a few people start moving slow or start to get scared. The drop from the top is terrifying, yet awesome at the same time.

Fun for all ages. Area for young kids where they can walk with the parents around so they feel safe and the nervous parents feel good too! and a very big area for all the ages. Employees very helpful and friendly. Beautiful area for those who dont want to do It! just enjoy something to eat or drink.

The It Ropes course is a great value for an activity that can easily go for two to three hours. With a multilevel layout and a good diversity of challenges in terms of the rope design, its a ton of fun and even tiring! A great place for both kids and adults alike. Definitely worth a visit!

Not only was the ropes course amazing and exhilarating, the food booths connected was amazing! The personal-pan pizzas were the best I have had in a long time. The entire place is both fun and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10, would recommend (unless youre afraid of heights).

Fun, challenging activity. The kids cant wait to go back. $30 for several hours of fun is a good value. We went during the week so it wasnt overly busy. I could see tables or even floor space to stand could be at a premium on a weekend/school vacation day.

This is for children that arent afraid of anything, i dont think its fun for adults in my opinion. It is not worth the prize honestly. Not the best "zipline" place. The people there are rude and dont seem to have much patience

So awesome to experience. Great system to explore the ropes course. Secure the entire time. Builds confidence and so much fun. We did as a team building event for our leadership team. Would do again. Would do with my family.
