I rarely go to see movies anymore but I loved the Conjuring so I decided to go see the Conjuring 2. The movie itself was good but the couple sitting next to me and my brother spent the whole time talking and continuously pulling out their phones to look at Facebook and text messages . I didnt want to say anything since I was already missing most of the movies due to their rude behavior , and because a large group of teenagers behind us were also talking loudly ; which I had already asked nicely to please stop talking . Finally someone else complained about the couple next to me and the usher asked me during a pivotal scene in the movie to get the attention of the boyfriend . It not only ruined the scene for me but as the guy was leaving he knocked my popcorn over and spilled my red slushy all over my brand new white shirt . I am throughly disgusted by the whole scene and I barely got to enjoy the movie . What a waste of $50. This will be the last time I go to this theater due to its rude clientele .

Went to a matinee to see John Wick 2 today and the staff absolutely ruined our experience. Five or so times a tall, thin man dressed in all black wandered up and down the stairs. It made me very uncomfortable to just have this guy doing this, and standing behind me at the top, given our current climate and things that have happened here and elsewhere. It was too dark to see any identification. One of the times he was accompanied by a woman and only then did I see a reflection of plastic covering a neck badge. I mean, it was anxiety inducing just having someone without any real identification wandering around suspiciously, but even if that werent the case, just having staff constantly in and out really ruined the entire experience and the move I was looking forward to for months. It was my second time here and though my first was not great but not terrible, this sealed the deal. I definitely will not be going back. If Id paid more than matinee prices I would have asked for my money back.

Went last night to see wonder women at 10:25. As we are buying the tickets, the kid is in training. His trainer is yelling at him about he messed up by letting some kids go see a Rate R movie. They where with an adult but apparentlt you need the actual parent. Anyways he shouldnt have yell at him in frint of us. You could have waited been professional about it. Then we went to get ice cream. Well there was no line but the girl didnt notice us because she was on her phone. So we waited to see when she would notice us... it wasnt until we ask her if she wanted to serve us or be on the phone. Well then we go get popcorn and the same thing. Phones was out and the kids seem more entertain by the phones. Went to give our tickets walked up and they had 2/3 phones out and hanging out. Poor customer services.

I love Cinemark. The lobby is big, there is always an arcade area, and the place is always clean. Plus, the employees always are nice. The seats for this theater were uncomfortable though. Most Cinemark theaters have reclining seats, and are big and spacious. I am not asking for that, although I expected it, but the seats were not that comfortable. Another thing was the screen. It was the XD theater, which is equivalent to IMAX if you did not know, and that screen was quite small compared to other establishments I have been to, which is many. I am a huge movie buff, so I go to many theaters, even when traveling on vacation. Still, Cinemark does not go cheap with the popcorn, giving you huge buckets.

I live closer to Southlands and Movie Tavern, but I love coming here. Discount Tuesdays are a really great value and I go every week with my friends. Their concessions are reasonably priced and I feel like this is the only movie theatre anywhere around here that actually sells fresh popcorn instead burned or over-salted crud thats displayed under a (heating?) lamp for who knows how long. This theatre also has a really impressive selection of concessions including coffees, bulk candy, and ice cream on top of the classic theatre foods and even still has slushies.

I would discourage anyone I know from going to this theater. The "XD" showings are a bait-and-switch tactic that lets them disregard any special or discount so you can sit in a fake-leather chair watching a screen with no discernible benefit. And despite paying full price for a Tuesday matinee, the facilitys temperature was so uncomfortable and distracting that it was impossible for me to enjoy the movie. Driving an extra ten miles to go to another theater would be time and money well spent.

The seats are great, its definitely the cheapest in town.. the only thing I will say negative is that the staff do NOT really care what you are doing there. Someone literally lit up a cigarette inside the viewing area for one of the movies and the staff just let that happen. My tires have also been slashed in the parking lot even though at the time I had just moved here so no way it was someone I knew messing with me.. TL;DR: GREAT prices, bad neighborhood, indifferent staff.

Screens an sound system were dope. The 3d was good. Concessions were easy to get through and staff wasnt too bad. Could be a bit happier, but I know how life goes. Prices are best around usually and I enjoy the discount days. The only problem I had was the seating. Yes they were kinda soft, but thats about it. Most other theaters I go to have reclining seats and these barely move an inch. Other than that overall good theater and I will definitely return for another movie.

This is a great theater. They have the biggest selection of concessions Ive seen at a theater. Their prices are reasonable and discount Tuesdays are handy. I did feel a little weird going here because of the history, but I think the theater has done a great job of making people feel welcome. The sound system was great and the seats were fairly new. My only complaint was that the seats didnt lean back much at all, which made me regret sitting close to the front.

Me and a friend come to century 16 and we buy a ticket for Avengers 2. We decide to get a refund because we came a bit late. We go to the mall and come back to meet our friends coming out of the showing of Avengers. All of a sudden a manager and a cop give us a trespassing notice. When we ask them the reason they said "just because". Obviously they were racially profiling us. If you are a minority in this country I strongly advice you to not come to this theatre.

These people like to charge you for food you didnt have. I was charged for a pickle (I was buying a medium popcorn) even though I didnt have one. Only when confronted did they claim that my date put one in her pocket. She doesnt even like pickles! The police officer in line behind me didnt see a pickle. If they saw her steal a pickle, they should have confronted her about it. Now I see how they make up for loss of moviegoers...fantom charges! Disgraceful!!
