We drove to the top. I would not recommend it for the faint of heart! We had a hard time finding the road that went up to the top to Pikes Peak. It was not very well marked. There are no paved roads at the top of the mountain, just gravel. It rains at the top a lot so these roads are also a bit slippery and have no railings. The road to the top is also very narrow with very little room for two cars when one is going up and the other down the mountain. There are no trees at the top of the mountain as things dont grow past the "tree line" as well which makes for a scary ride. I am someone that loves rides at fairs etc., but have never been in fear for my life more than on this car ride up the mountain. It would have been a bit better if I were driving the car and had more control of what was happening. I felt like we were going to fall off of the road/mountain the entire time once we were up past the tree line. I would never" drive up it again. Ride the Cog...it (from what we have heard) is much more relaxing and worth the extra price. The top restaurant/store/viewing area was nice though.

Staff was extremely rude to my wife. I got tickets through work for a childs play (Skippyjon Jones). The informed her she didnt have tickets at will call. My wife stated she can show her the email showing we had tickets. the lady asked her to move to the back of the line (1 person behind her) because obviously she didnt have tickets. the other guest behind her felt bad about how she was treated. When getting back to the front the manager said here is your tickets. He asked my wife what was wrong, she explained how she was treated he then state "you have your tickets just go watch the show". he refuse to tell her his name. I do not know if alot of people just show up without tickets for a childs play, what happened to the customer always right. but my wife was in tears about how bad she was treated by the staff. The play was great and anyone else treated her normal. I will never spend a dollar here now. My wife did get the names of Janelle and the front , and i will update the managers name which she had to get from another employee

Five stars for Philharmonic performances, and the acoustics of those performances. The commentary about the acoustics of other performances is probably true, since each acts sound setup is different. But all the pop acts Ive been to have had really good sound. Zero stars for the policy that you can only exchange a ticket before the performance. We couldnt get out of the house due to weather, and called and left a voicemail about ticket exchanges. Never got a call back, but the box office said they were "sure" they returned all the calls. $$$ gone. Not happy.

We drove up Pikes Peak since it was much cheaper than riding the cog train (about $40/carload instead of $35/person). Everyone tells you to get a donut at the top. They are pretty good and worth trying but not amazing. Search around for a coupon; we found some free donut coupons online and printed them out before we came. I also thought Id be spending a lot more time at the summit but the altitude was a bit uncomfortable after a while and we were ready to leave. Got some great pictures, though.

Man this isnt Vegas the prices for blue man group are to expensive. I love this group but not paying that much for tickets. Most people cant afford it if you buy for a couple, it would be nice if you offered lower price tickets. I also loved all the other shows that I have attended at the Pikes Peak Center when the tickets were at a reasonable price.

I have been here 2 times the staff are the most rudest people Ive ever met both times. This is a place I will never go to agen. I will not give it a 3rd time but both shows I have seen were amazing. Just staff were horrible.

Came here to watch "The Thorn". Nice venue. Not alot of places to get anything to drink except their snack bar but the prices were outrageously high. I just wanted sprite and paid $2.75 for a small bottle.

Went for the Philharmonic New Years Eve performance, which was outstanding!!! My ONLY complaint is that there should be more ushers available to offer direction to the assigned seating in the towers.

The curtain time on the website was incorrect so we almost missed the beginning. They ran out of programs, and the staff was incredibly rude and NOT helpful at all. I will not be returning.

Enjoyed a concert here. My only complaint isnt the Pikes peak centers fault actually. If youre attending a large event, dont count on a taxi to get you home in a reasonable amount of time.

Customer Service from Hell. How many "service" reps does it take to answer a subscription question? Not enough here, after 4 of them they hung up on me.

Attending the Pikes Peak Center always is a fun occasion. However, it would be great to see more matinee performances as well as Broadway shows.

Went to see STOMP, and had cheap tickets on the upper deck. Still had a great view of the stage. All of the staff were super friendly a helpful.

They have a Chase ATM inside. The parking was ok. We parked in the garage and had to walk a ways to the center. The venue itself is very nice.

I have seen the Mel Brooks classic "The Producers - The Musical" and the return of Cheech and Chong here...all memorable experiences here.
