A truly world class winery. Scenic, tasteful, and a staff that makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Reservations are needed for wine tastings and entrance, so you must call ahead. Hamel is owned by University of Wisconsin alumni, which is why the winerys logo is a badger. On Wisconsin!

Micah was a terrific wine ambassador of Hamel, we thoroughly enjoyed our tasting with her not to mention the delicious Hamel wines! Would recommend a visit and a pour to anyone.

On the pricier side for wine tasting at $60pp but was overall good experience with private tour and 4 glass wine tasting including homemade ricotta cheese and crackers.
