Wretched wet bathroom floors, and remember you are REQUIRED to have bare feet or socks on. Mental picture hundreds of people soaking their socks on urine from overflowing toilets and filth, then spreading that all over the trampolines and other equipment. Note to SkyHigh... you really do STINK. I will not be back until you are shut down and sterilized. Your place smells like BO and wet athletes foot odor. It actually takes your breath away. I asked an employee why the air was so stale, and they said the fans are broken. When you open a venue like this, you MUST budget janitorial and deep cleaning on a regular schedule. There is NO excuse for how filthy your floors, bathrooms, broken drinking fountains, and broken GAMES are. We are done with you.

We are here just to have a play date for my child and friends. It is my opinion Such a waste of money . I took one and half hour slot for $100 . I felt I Paid for nothing. It is only included 2 trampoline activities. 1 jump and basket ball. They didnt include two obstcle course activities. They didnt tell before when i purchase. I thought the ticket allows us to use the facility for all activities. My kids were upset. I didnt know that until we try to go there . Such a waste of money highly expensive. For such silly trampoline we paid $100. Never go there. I dont recommend unless you like to lose money for nothing. Go play in park instead.

Have a hankerin to turn your children into dangerous, high-speed ballistic projectiles? Then come on down to Sky High, where kids fly through the air with wreckless abandon. Whether your tots are diving into a foam pit or running the ninja course or just zipping through the air over the trampoline farm, youll never see bigger smiles on their faces. The kind of smiles that only a dangerous activity can bring to childs face. Surprisingly, Ive never seen an accident in the entire 3 years that Ive been bringing my kids which, quite frankly, defies all logic as far as Im concerned. Great for parties.

Its simple, but its fun! Flipping and jumping from one trampoline to the next is a liberating experience, and tossing yourself into a giant pit of foam is a good way to release some tension. Its geared more towards kids (think roller skating rink), but on the evening I visited, it was uncrowded and quite enjoyable. I could imagine a trampoline room full of riotous children would be less appealing. One other thing, dont jump if you are not physically healthy! Im pretty fit, and I still had an achy back for days. It was worth it though!

These guys are fantastic. Super accommodating and it is way more fun for adults than I was expecting. I took my friend there for his birthday and he had a great time. Terry the manager is a customer service pro, super kind guy. The place is really designed for fun. At first I wasnt sure if it was a good place to go with my friend and Im really, really glad I did. It was a highlight of his birthday. The basketball area is fun, the foam pit to try flips if you want, the VR room... its all fantastic.

Did my sons party here. The kids had a blast. I feel 2 hours for jumping eating lunch and cake isnt enough. The kids dont get to open presents unless they cut into jumping time. The gentleman helping our party did a great job. However, my complaint is they started cleaning the table off before our time was up, had another party booked (they had other open tables). They ended up throwing away my sons cake toppers.

The staff is nicer, its a safe place for kids in doors. Kids love it! Parents too if u r in shape! Lol. Go into the left side entrance which takes you into the many spaces in the back. The front row entrance while you are facing the right is way smaller and people are usually exiting it. Use that small parking lot on chill weekdays.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced, it was a bunch of employees who dont care to pay attention. There was no dodge ball games the referee just sat there not with a terrible additude. Children cutting in line, running into each other, jumping into the pit at the same time it was just so terrible.

I had a horrible experience. The manager and the general manger are unprofessional and rude. I had a complain and both were disrespectful in front of the group of children I had with me and never apologized for their mistake or acknowledge the misunderstading. Totally ruined the experience for my family.

to be honest jumping around can be pretty fun, but can get old pretty quick. its kinda a weak concept and it smells like sweaty kids half the time. staff is also really annoying nd monitors everything u do. Just to get in u need all these forms nd parental consent.

Its fun to bounce on the trampolines, but I will say it gets old after about an hour. Sure you can get creative and try playing tag or something and try doing tricks, but this place is not meant to spend the day at. It is surprisingly good cardio workout though.

Great place to burn energy for adults and all ages of kids. Be aware that food orders take about 45 minutes. I like going there early on the weekends before it gets too crowded. Really clean and safe with safety monitors patrolling all the play areas

Fun to jump at and very careful for the kids especially the toddlers but over priced. Perfect for teens and kids and the parents can go to the camera room where its air conditioned and has couches and tvs to watch over the kids.

Its a great place for the kids to jump around, but it doesn’t last long. After awhile, it gets pretty boring and the kids get restless. Expensive, but what else are the kids to do in Woodland Hills!

Its a fun place to come to and have alot of fun. But one thing.... You need to make your mini Ninja warrior obstacles a little harder. But other than that.... Very good place to go to!!!

Great place. Loads of fun! It can get busy on the weekends in the afternoon because of birthday parties or large groups. Finishing waver paperwork is super easy, so no worries.

I took the family per request of my son the birthday boy. We had a blast! It was the glow- in- the-dark party from 9-12am and it was well worth it.
