Horrible! No air conditioner in many places, especially the Dodgeball area. The dodgeball area jumping places and details are all worn out, and it gives you a bad jumping experience, please go to Rocking Jump or Sky Zone trampoline park, does 2 places are WAY better than this horrible place, the food area is dirty, the open jump area trampoline squares are all worn out and again, that makes a horrible jumping experience , please just save your money and look for the closest Rocking Jump or Skyzone location Once you go there, you will see what Im talking about and how WAY better places they are than this bad and old location

Walked in to "did you sign your waiver!" NOT "Welcome to Sky High". Would have been a better choice of words Athena. But thats just me. Then to get to the back to use foam pit we had to walk through this un-attended pool of water that kids were just running through. They had this one sign & bucket, until i finally said something. This place is in need of some serious management. Also come to find out later at check by some friends Athena was very rude when they told her they had a Groupon. It shouldnt matter how much you pay, your bringing in business with multiple friends & WAS planning on coming back until this visit.

I came here with a ton of Stanford students on a weeknight. There are 3 main areas: regular, dodgeball, and foam pit. Lockers are available for 50 cents, and you have to either go barefoot or buy special socks. Overall, I had a pretty good time. However, someone cut her eyebrow with her knee when she was jumping into the foam pit. One of the employees came by to clean up blood, when they really should have closed the foam pit instead. Parking is limited. Im not sure why there are as many handicapped spots as regular spots.

Expensive, and by the night the staff gets tired and little un welcoming so plan your trips ahead and grab coupons online ! it is a small place and the pits smell, the sponges havent been replaced for past 3 years and so if you dig deep into the pit you end up hitting old sponges which stink so avoid sponge pits, also the trampolines are very old so they wont bounce a lot like in other places, Unless you have no other fun place to go visit this place !

Fun place for kids or older! So much to do! Theres a room of just trampolines, a trampoline dodgeball arena, trampoline basketball dunk cage, foam pit, swinging rope, and arcade games. There is a separate trampoline area for kids under age 6. Food is available (pizza and the like). They give you special grippy socks! I bought an hour of time there, and that was perfect, but its also a good place to host parties

Your staff was very rude all areas, my grandchildren wanted to have fun and they said they got yelled dont run dont fall down come on they fall they should not get yelled at. First of all I should be the one to say anything to my kids, not your people. I was right there the whole time. all jump area they complained to the kids. Too expensive too! I will never tell anybody to go there, not a great experience.

My whole body is sore from jumping around for an hour at sky high, great workout. Wear workout clothes and shoes. Doing flips off the walls is super fun and the dodgeball is great. The only complaint I have is that they wont allow flips into the foam pit, isnt that the place you want people trying flips for the first time? Will definitely return many times over.

Cool place, awseome staff and good place to make a friend or 10. Only problem id its very hot (air conditioner temperaraly broken) so i recomend you where shorts. Also the vending machiens are 2$ and the food area dosnt stay open during the night jump, so it can sometimes be expensive. All in all, very fun place to hang out for a couple hours if your into trampolines.

We went on a Tuesday evening and there were only about 10 people jumping. For one adult and two 3 year olds it was $48 for one hour. Insanely expensive, especially for low attendance hours. This place was also dirty and dated. It felt grimy and aged. It needs a deep clean badly. That being said, the staff was very friendly.

there wasnt any air conditioning but they had opened windows and the kids said they had a lot of fun and always say they do. They had water access and workers were monitoring the kids at all times. I would recommend for birthday parties and when you want to get the kids out or just for fun.

Pretty good place, definitely would come back. Loads of fun but can get busy. We went on a Saturday at 630 and it didnt get packed until 730, but we only paid for an hour anyway. The ONLY thing to nitpick would be the lack of a/c or air movement. Gets really hot and stale on the trampolines.

Rigged with the arcade place and tell you lies about how they cant refund you. Ex: we dont have a dollar or we dont have the keys when you asking them to give you one dollar when they give you the wrong prize that costs one dollar. They also dont care about if people get hurt on accident.

My son and his friends loved it here. I brought my son here for his 10th birthday party and it was absolutely exhilarating even for the adults. The noise volume in there was thumping music that gives you a headache like other places such as Q Zar. I will definitely be returning again.

Horrible. Dark building with no windows, creaky trampolines, games that are designed to vacuum out parents wallets, steal coins, and the front desk refrains with "absolutely no refunds". Im glad we went to Rockin Jump first so I have something to compare it with!

This place is a lot of fun. There are many different activities for kids and adults. Overall a great experience and good exercise. The only drawback is the long wait on the weekends. Better to register online before arriving to minimize the wait.

It was a great place ro have fun. All good things come to a end. The bathrooms were bad not horrible but bad.there water fountain water was a white liquid. They make you pay $3.00 for water and the pizza the "sell" is only for birthday parties.

In Sky High, you feel like you are floating all over the place as it is a trampoline park. Most people prefer House of Air because it has air boarding and a shop, but in Sky High, the dodge ball has more space and more balls

It was fun but the smell in the entrances it smelled bad and it wasnt because kids jumping it smelled like dirty diapers but overall my boys liked it get some air fresheners asap and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING AND IT WAS HOTTTT

Fun for the kids and easy chairs for adults. Didnt like that you had to buy socks from them, also the registration process is a bit of a hassle. Past that, is fun times for the jumping crowd! Take a Detour and go

Loved the jumping and bouncing and dodgeballing! The place has a general bouncing area, a basketball area, a sponge pool, and a dodgeball court! With referees and everything! Happy bouncy times! :D
