This place is the best! Whether you have a wiggly kid that needs to burn off some steam or you just want to sound cool to your friends while working out, this is the place. The owners and the staff are so friendly, walking in is like showing up at a friends house. The coaches work hard to help the kids (and adults) improve from wherever they are. The womens class is outstanding and friendly to all levels of fitness. The facility is amazing and growing. With a huge spring floor, bars, an airbag, a climbing rope and so many surfaces to get creative with, its perfect for beginners and pros. Open gym is available for different age ranges. The adult open gym sometimes feels like a club and gym together, so awesome. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. We are so happy that we found the BAM fam.

This place was absolutely amazing. I took advantage of the free class and then stayed afterwards to do the gym. The instructor of the course was very knowledgeable and very very pleasant. in the gym everyone was so helpful they taught me all kinds of new tricks, help me with the tricks I learned in the class, and overall were the nicest people Ive ever met. I enjoyed it so much Im going to start going 2 to 3 nights a week. Would strongly suggest anyone who ever considered doing parkour to show up and experience this outstanding place.

My son has been coming here for quite a while now and absolutely loves it. He saw "American Ninja Warrior" on tv and wanted to learn how to do some of the stunts. We found BAM on a google search and feel like we found a hidden gem in this place. The gym keeps growing and expanding with new obstacles and equipment. The teachers are all great with kids and skilled in what they are teaching. The facilities are always clean and kept up as well. If you have active kids and arent a member at BAM, youre missing out!

Found about this from a friend, and my 8 year old son just loves it!. He even start to do more jumping stuff at the park and at home :) I use to take my son to parkour at airborne, but this place is awesome!, this is real parkour! with real facilities adapted for it. Management and coaches are very professional. And they are improving every day, I totally recommend this

Playpark for bigger kids. Good supervision / guidance from people that really know how to move and are pretty good at working with kids. The focus is on self improvement, not on competition. Thats great. Weve really seen the equipment being build up over the past year and fill up the huge warehouse space.

These guys have built a wonderful place for your kids to safely be wild monkeys. They teach them how to correctly and safely run, jump and swing in a re-created city space. Kids and adults can come and feel like a movie stunt double.

This is an up and coming Parkour gym. My son is enjoying the experience and the learnings. It is also a low stress experience for all. If your child likes to run, jump and climb, he or she will enjoy this Bay Area Movement Parkour.

The classes dont seem as tightly run as my sons tae Kwon do studio. Lots of apparatus to do wild tricks if you are advanced, though.

Great place for active kids to burn some energy. A refreshing gym experience as opposed to organized sports. A little pricey though.
