My experience is with Party Reservations. Im trying to make reservations for my sons birthday in February. So I called in last week to find out how to make reservations. The lady I spoke to stated that I had to come in to make the reservations. So I go in Saturday January 9th and when I go up to the counter the young lady there hands me a sign up list. I ask her is someone suppose to call me? And she said yes the even coordinator will be calling you. I then tell her that I was told that I had to come in. In my head, if this was the case then why couldnt they take the info over the phone and tell me then that someone would be calling me. So frustrating. So I sign my name up. Monday comes around no call. Tuesday comes around and I start to panic. I call them up again and speak to a young gentleman. Told him that Im starting to panic since February is around the corner and I still have not received a call back. He says that he will get a manager. Well a manager never came on the phone. Instead I spoke to another young gentleman who informed me that the event coordinator is not in and does not know when she will be in. That she is going into a training for the event coordinating since it is all new to them. I expressed my concern being that February is around the corner. And he informed me that as soon as she comes in that he will ensure she contacts me. Not sure how the process is but it is frustrating. If it wasnt for my son insisting on having his party there I would be taking my business elsewhere. I hear the place is great but the experience I have with making party reservations truly needs management to step in and handle the lack of service experienced here.

We go a couple hours in advance to reserve a lane and the worker tells us that they dont do reservations. She tells us "come when your ready to play". So we sit around for an hour, we eat, waiting for 2 people from our group to come. Then we go back to the bowling alley and they say that theres an hour and a half wait time to play. Its the same worker who told us to come when were ready. We were mad because we couldve put our names on the waiting list all that that time that we were waiting before. The worker says theres nothing she can do, so we speak to the manager. We try to explain to him the whole situation but he says "you should have assumed that you would need to put your name on the waiting list". It was our first time going there and the worker made it sound like we didnt need to, "just come when youre ready to play". I dont think we need to assume anything from the worker. She should do her job and explain things correctly. So finally, the manager says theres nothing we can do beside go on the waiting list and wait an hour and a half to bowl, so we leave in frustration.

2 stars for friendly hosts when we signed up for a Bday party and another who signed us in on the party day. It was a party for my son who turned 7 and his friends. As kids sometimes they were sending 2 balls at a time on the lane and the manager was very rude in literally shouted at us, saying he would send us all back. We tried to apologize, but he wouldnt listen and then we just had to say we will.not leave, and he can do whatever he wants ajd he didnt dare to do anything. Not sure if it is related but then a kid threw up after eating something we ordered, my son threw up the night of the party and I heard two others threw up as well the next day at their home. Some kind of food poisoning. Not suggesting anything here. But I dont think i will be back on the lanes again.

Stay away rude manager dont owner his word. Lets start, sister book a birthday party and we as a family of 12 order food drinks and beer spend over not jokinh $500 with party fees and bowling fees and food. Sister had a isue with getting things started and management had advise us he will give us two games free as a customer i assume he gave us two full games as any person would, but no no no he ended our game and book another family over at our lane we didnt even finish.... so i ask them just let us finish our game and we would leave we were not rude we just wanted to finish our game! Thats it but no no no he rude just got to amf bowling guys better experience... manager rude and GREEDY

The crew is amazing especially Amber and Jorge. They are helpful and kind when they were showing us how to play claw machine. They have authentic tokyo plushie that would cost $ 30 in some other stores. In here you can try and win one for less of the cost. My friends and I kept here over the summer to hang out and plays games. Its more cheaper to come here on a tuesday where some games are half price. The place is fairly clean and not crowded. I really recommend coming here if you enjoy arcade games and cute plushies. Arlindo helped us last time we bowled he was awesome and very helpful.

Ive the same experience as Rendell. Ive been trying to make reservations for my son in Feb. for last 2 weeks but no one calls back. The Manager is never there to talk and she never calls back. Finally, yday went there personally to talk to the Manager, she is not there again. The girl "Jackie" was very helpful and asked me to Sign up, which I did but still, No call from the Manager. Now its really getting me worried as I need to send out Evite to my sons friends but have no Confirmation. Now Im not even sure if the day of the Party, itll be smooth experience :(

Ridiculous customer service. After waiting for forty five minutes to play unlimited bowling for over 17 dollars a head, they telal us that we have to leave after midnight. We were not told at the front desk when we paid over 100 dollars at 1030 and started at 11. Completely unacceptable business ethics. Everyone in our party aside from one member was 18 or older and their rationale for dismissing us was that they would serve drinks at their closed bar. First time experience and very disappointing experience less than one star.

Had a security guard try to extort money from two 17 year olds before the time they had to leave and try to intimidate us into giving him bribes. Pretty sure this is just an arcade and not a club in Los Vegas. The manager was not helpful and clearly in on it. Please do yourself a favor and dont go to this location.

Ridiculous when they have posted that they will accept foreign IDs when checking for age and yet they turned us away for a newly (same day) issued Mexican Consulate Mexican ID - which is a "government issued ID" as stated they require of ID cards.

Employee name Maria stole my phone. Saw her with my own two eyes. Manager refused to do anything about it, and another employee actually tried to guilt me with attitude for assuming I knew who took it. Place is run by monkeys and immigrants.
