Had my wedding at Fortinos on 7/20/13. Best Day Ever! After looking over several wineries for a venue I didnt hesitate to book my date asap at Fortinos. This venue provided more for my $. It was a 6hr event time, provided ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in same location. And best of all, it has a stage! So I was able to have a live band and DJ. All my husband and I had to do on the wedding day was Show Up. Debbi took care of everything as far as set up. She made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us on time for the "Day of Itinerary" She also provided champagne and apple cider for my wedding party in our spacious bridal suite. She is so professional, kind and Awesome! She takes pride in what she does to make sure you have a worry free wedding day! Book here and you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend going for wine tasting too. Nice large wine tasting room with good wine and affortable$

Fortino is a small family winery and youll usually find a couple generations of Fortinos there on any given day. Their Maribella ($18.95) is one of my favorites. Beautiful winery and great areas to have events, but if youre looking to spend a couple hours at a winery on a Saturday with friends, Id recommend Clos La Chance or Solis instead.

Nice wine tasting room in the Gilroy wine growing area. Friendly staff and fabulous desert wines. Liked the apricot desert wine especially.
