Why is it five stars? Well theres a nice small selection of playground features AND its basically the easiest place to not know exists (its hidden and people dont know its here, shhhhhh). Yes to drinking fountain and trash.

Good grass, playground, built in BBQ equipment, a tennis court, basketball hoops, street hockey and frequently cleaned bathrooms. What more could you ask for.
