We have been traveling for 3 months and this is the worst course we have played. The Fairways are brown with large hard dirt patches throughout the course. The Sand Traps do not have any sand in them, they are also hard. The greens are the only good thing there and they are marginal. The pictures that they have posted on their website is not like the course. This is false advertising. We paid $40.00 per person. When we called for the tee time they did not share the condition of the course or that the greens had been sanded recently. This course is like playing in a cow pasture. It is a disgrace!!

First and last time...we got there pretty early only to find out they did not have a driving range. they did have matts and nets to hit in to but only 3 and they were full the whole time could not hit any balls... They ran out of carts so we waited 30mins and finally told him we had to GO and that we were going to walk or we would run out of light... as we were 3 rd up waiting to tee off they got us a cart. fairways were pretty bad... played like a muni cost like a semi private club. No value for the amount they charge for this course too $$$ positive note the greens were nice :(

Great course layout and challenge but they havent fixed the fairways yet. When they do, this will be a premier course. Their new driving range is now open with grass and mat stations. The greens are competition ready and rolling true and fast. The only knock on this course is its fairways. It has plenty of bite with plenty of environmental areas and it plays harder when the wind is up, especially the back nine.

Since county took over, forget it, dont go near this place, worst golf experience in a long time, its a shame, its close to southbay and has nice layout.Went for fathers day...no carts available, apparently they have 40 carts out of commission, ok I can walk, but I have a staff bag, no pull carts either. Fairways have about 10 varieties of grass with many bare spots and rocks, 3 hours to play 9 holes.

Greens were ok. But Ive never played on such a crappy coarse. Fairways were like playing on old broccoli that should of been thrown away. It has potential to be good but on fortunately they spent all there money on carts and Mercedes Benz instead of fertilizers for the fairways. They should of bought off road vehicles for carts. 1st and last time playing there.

Golf course is not very well maintained. Its a Los Angeles County facility so there hasnt been any updating/upgrading of entire facility in a very long time. Fairways are mostly dirt, not well manicured at all. Dont make the mistake of trusting the tee box yardage! The greens are OK. On the upside, the fairways are mostly wide open; good for beginners.

Probably the worst course Ive ever played on considering the price. Very poor condition, "some" of the greens are fine, others had score lines through them that hopefully at some point will disappear. Wont be back for sure. They really need to up their game on this one.

Great staff. But the course I should have brought my dirt bike instead of my golf clubs.and the $45.00 that i paid they should have paid me and gave all of my guys and myself a giant bag of grass seed to help them out. Because obviously nobody is using any.

The course is in horrible shape. There was very little grass on the fairways. I spoke to one of the ground crew and they were embarrassed by the course conditions. I am not sure I would go back to play for free.

Not so good,we have 2 singles walking in front of us & will not play together. So much for Golf Etiquette. Called the clubhouse they said theyd send somebody out & were still waiting.

Nice but the fairways are the worst in LA. To have a fun round you all have to agree to be able to move the ball to a grassy area of the fasirway OR rough.

I went to here for practice not for course. Driving range is excellent, both mat and grass are available, all lookalike new and maintained very well.

The green is in great condition, fairway is good and the pace is much faster than most of the course in Long Beach that I play at.

Greens are in good shape. Fairways need some work. If you go off the fairways good luck finding your ball.

THE worst course I ever played!! Fairways are 40% dirt. Do yourself a favor and go to another course.
