Okay… how my friend got her hands on this bottle I don’t know, but if you are looking for a fun filled adventure, try their pet nat. She brought the pet nat, which has sediment in it so it requires you to open it in a bucket of water and then quickly turn it. (There is a video on their website on how to do it) Anyways it was fun to open and a good start to the night. If you are looking for a new fun wine to try, I suggest this one.

A couple of weeks ago, I visited their winery and bought a bottle of rose and syrah. Loved the atmosphere and the people. We waited for the perfect occasion to serve the bottles. Finally we did last night. It was a great night filled with good people and good wine.

Sweet. Who the hell makes a picpoul-based wine outside of the Rhone Valley? These guys, thats who. Painstakingly produced, all-natural wines, many of which are based on hard to find varietals and unique blends. Friendly tasting room with knowledgable staff.

I’m not really much of wine connoisseur, but one Sunday I accompanied a friend to the tasting room, and I have to say, I enjoyed myself! Not only was the atmosphere rather pleasant, but I also liked the wines, in particular the Chardonnay!
