Every wine that Cade is currently pouring is delicious. They grow Cab Sauv and Sauv Blanc on their estate, and currently pouring 2 Sauv Blancs (1 Napa Valley and 1 Estate) and 3 Cabs (Napa Valley, Estate and Estate Reserve). Views are unbeatable. Its quiet and not heavily trafficked up on the mountain, so very peaceful. Its never busy compared to most Napa Valley wineries due to their appointment only set up. Joining the membership gains access to Odette and Plumpjack as well. There is a new winery opening up soon just adjacent to Cade this summer (where Ladera is currently). My only complaint is that due to the way they are permitted members cant just go up there and have a glass, or sit a while. You must schedule a tasting and leave upon completion. But, thems the breaks.

A disappointing tour. We have done a number of tours in Napa and were excited for Cade. Unfortunately, our guide seemed more bent on articulating the extreme wealth behind Cade and giving the feel of snobbishness that makes wine feel inaccessible. Ninety percent of the tour was about the exorbitant costs associated with Cade and the winery and only ten on the actual wine--unfortunate as the wine was respectable. Id steer clear of this winery for a tour.

The review about their Sauvignon Blanc is humorous when theyre rolling out 99+ Cabs, but I get it. People like what they like. Cade produces decadent and beautiful cabernets with a tasting experience youll talk about with friends. The drive up is memorable too. A must try Napa winery. That said, their customer service is absolutely horrid. They are quite proud of their wine and succeed on that end. Not so much on the customer support/experience side.

Our first experience at an appointment-only winery and glad we did it. The surroundings are spectacular, and the unrushed pace made the tasting a joy. No shoving crowds trying to drink as much as possible - instead you can sit out on the patio with Napa at your feet and try their spectacular wines. Not cheap by any standard, but some of the best wines we have tasted.

The location itself could make the 5 star rating, but the wines also happen to be delicious. Its situated on top of Howell Mountain with a view of the whole Napa Valley. Make an appointment and youll get a great tour through their wines, and if you ask theyll probably let you taste some from their sister wineries!

Breathtaking view! Amazing service and staff and incredible wine. Do it! Beautiful drive up the hill above the Valley. Small winery but wine, view and service were awesome. Wish I could have just stayed there all day and drink wine and looked at the view!

at 1800 foot elevation on Howell Mountain in the Napa Valley, sits one of the finest restorations of a winery from the 1860s. Their wines are excellent.
