I was invited to play a holiday round of golf with my three brothers-in-law at Aliso Viejo Country Club. This is a nice course that we had played previously which my brother-in-law was considering joining as a member. However, we experienced some extremely negative interactions with several belligerent club members that were bad enough that I will never play this course again. And if you are looking for a new course to join as a member, I suggest looking elsewhere unless you like hanging out with a bunch of racist imbeciles. 1-As we were putting on a par 3, a member on the tee box yelled "Lets go boy" to my brother-in-law, who happens to be black and a former marine. Lets just say that this incident did not go over smoothly. 2-A different set of club members decided to tee off on a par 4 immediately after we had finished our tee shots as we were walking away from the tee box. I was literally 50 yards away from the tee box as I heard a ball whiz through the air above my head. Thank God this numbskull did not shank his shot, or else one of us could have been seriously injured. When we questioned this genius about what he was thinking, he only responded "Who is the member here?" This course is ok, but it must attract the lowest of the low for members. Save your money and play somewhere else unless you like racist, entitled jerkoffs.

Golfed 6 holes just this past Sunday...beautiful course in beautiful condition. My hubby is the golfer but you cant beat the views on the course. Weve also had numerous milestone parties here. Both of our moms celebrated their 70th birthdays here. My daughter is having her Confirmation lunch here in May. Chef is our favorite - hes world famous for Clubcorp, recently featured in an article. The GM is always present and engaged. The staff is consistent, friendly, and excellent at what they do. We appreciate our AVCC family that creates a home away from home. For two working parents, sneaking in a Pasta Night and the special menu for Thursday night is a part of our weeks. Our kids request Pasta Night. We recently fell in love with their Rockin Sushi Night. 5 stars for all of our experiences. Weve been members since 2009.

A very nice country club with a great view. I was here for a wedding event taking pictures for a group. I thought that they had a good amount of places that are great for photo ops. Their staff are also very accommodating and flexible. We started the event an hour early because of a some miscommunication but they were able to flex and cater well.

Very uncoordinated. The staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing for events and the staff was very rude about everything when asking if they needed help. This is not the place you should go to for an event.

We shot a wedding here (videographer) and the staff and team were amazing. Great venue and I would recommend it to any bride and groom looking for a wedding location
