This is the largest arena in central Arkansas, and offers the greatest selection of popular travelling entertainment. Recently the venue has added more metal detectors and a 100% bag check. I understand why they did this, but it has slowed the entry process dramatically. The security is generally friendly, but not always. However, the security team is great about maintaining order and keeping the place safe for others. Once you get into the venue there is a pretty respectable snack bar and beer selection. They have also added the Vibe Room... Im not sure how much it costs to get entry, but it looks cool.

RIDICULOUSLY LONG LINES!! Went to see Joe Walsh and Tom Petty on April 23rd. Started standing in line for a beer and a bucket of popcorn 30 minutes before showtime and still missed the first 20 minutes of Joe Walsh!!!! The workers at the concession stand were in NO hurry to do anything. In fact I couldnt move that slowly if I was paid to!! Maybe they should be paid based on sales because obviously they do not care. What I got to see of the concert was great but I feel about half robbed. THE WAITING-IN-LINE PROBLEM MUST GET BETTER or I will see my concerts in Memphis again. Sincerely, Disappointed

I really love this venue! It is by far the best that I have ever been to! I saw The Eagles here on July 27th, 2015! The show was AWESOME! The bathrooms were very well kept and clean. The workers in the food court were very helpful and insightful regarding to ingredients of menu items and prices. Security keeps everyone very safe here, and, while I have never seen anything bad go on here, I have full faith that the security team here would quickly end anything negative, should it arise. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that wants to enjoy a quality entertainment experience!

Super easy to get to from the interstate. Limited parking but had lots of different people around in vests to help you get to a lot, all within walking distance. Only $10 to park which is great in my book. Security was awesome and quick. You could tell the arena was older but was still a great show. Also not as big as others that Ive been to but everything was laid out very well. After the show there was cops helping to direct the flow of traffic back onto the interstate so we had almost no trouble getting back onto the road. Would definitely go back.

Great place to see a concert-sound is much better in this smaller venue with just 18k seats. Just be aware that the advertisements for the Vibe Room are misleading. They want you to buy an additional $15 ticket for this and lead you to believe its a VIP type place where you can meet the stars and talk with them in a very unique setting. But they dont ever show up there. So all you get for $15 is all the bbq meatballs and watered down cheese dip and chips you care to eat. The heartburn afterwards is included in the price of the ticket!!

I really enjoy the Verizon arena as a concert venue. At times, it seems a bit more intimate than most other mega-arenas: often the stage is set up in a way that keeps everybody with seats at least able to see what is going on, no matter the location. Drinks and concessions are pricey as always in arenas, but not overly ridiculous. Most beers are in the $7-8 range, not the $10-12 like elsewhere. Parking isnt terrible, though it pays to arrive early. But thats pretty standard everywhere.

Just got here and this is my first time at this place. Sitting in section 208 and it is unbelievably nasty. Bourbon street at Mardi Gras is cleaner. Gross! Have these people ever heard of a pressure washer and bleach? Extremely disappointed. It is also very small compared to other arenas in other cities. Cant believe they even get stars to book concerts here.

It would REALLY be nice when looking at the seating chart for concerts if you could FIGURE out where the seat are! All you get us section and row..that is it...would be nice to ACTUALLY see where you are sitting in conjunction to the stage! I mean...you really dont know what your spending the money for, other than the performance! Time to redo your graphs!

Sitting here watching Monster Jam. Most boring one Ive ever seen. Every year it gets worse and worse. There were not even any cars to smash! When have you EVER seen a Monater Jam without crushed cars!? Verizon is just too small I guess. But that doesnt stop them from taking our money. Well its the last time theyll ever get my money.

Verizon Arena formerly known as the Alltel Arena is an multi-purpose arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, directly across the Arkansas River from downtown Little Rock. It is Little Rocks main entertainment venue. The arena is used for including concerts, rodeos, auto racing, professional wrestling, and trade shows and conventions.

Graduations and Disney on Ice are fine but the concert for Maze, Barcays and Keith Sweat was terrible. If I had not been to a Maze concert before and familiar with them I would have thought they were terrible. The sound quality was terrible. Luckily the Barcay sounded good. I wish I could have my money back for this one.

The shows are usually really good but the staff are all extremely rude. I get that they have to get a lot of people in and out of the venue safely but theres no reason to be pushy with someone just because they are moving too slowly for you. Some people have issues that make it hard for them to walk very quickly.

My husband and I came in with the Motley Crue Productions for a show on 10/8/15. The staff at Verizon Arena were great to everyone. They went above and beyond their duties for everyone! Thank you so much for everyones hard work and for the hospitality that was shown to us. We would go back in a hard beat!

Of many large arenas this is the cleanest, during recent Tool show staff was cleaning messes as soon as they appeared. Had plenty of door staff so there was no wait to enter. Also, they are extremely accommodating and bent their own rules to keep the unruly masses happy. Very impressed.

I went and saw Green Day here on their Revolution Radio tour during March. Everything was easy to find, there were plenty of food and merch stands, and the concert was great(not that the Verizon arena had anything to do with that besides provide a venue, but still)

Not a bad venue. Just come with plenty of money to blow unless you eat and drink before or after. Overall a great venue for all kinds of events. I wish the seating was more spaced. Never fails that we are next to ones who use more than one seat space.

Eric Church concert was great! (The half I saw because it took so dang long to get a beer)! Drink service was slow & lazy. Then they ran out of beer halfway through the concert! Missed a lot of good songs because of the wait!

The parking is horrible, the ticket prices are awful, the traffic will kill you. The only saving grace, sometimes the shows are good, but they are not worth the price and trouble to do so. Go to Robinson instead
