I have been to this place before but today I had a very bad experience with the staff. I could see the display charges was different and I knew we do have Tuesday offers. Though the staff charged me as per Tuesday offer, but on asking why is the displayed charges different staff replied very rudely "Do you want to pay more I can do that for you".Didnt like her behavior over all. As per cheque I see I was served by "HOPE C". Dont feel like going to this center again just because of staff.

This location has excellent staff, very friendly! Everything is kept tidy and clean and well maintained. Convenient parking, and easy access to the main road. Large, well kept restrooms conveniently located. Decent prices, even on concessions which are also pretty decent (yum) Highly recommended for single bowlers and can accommodate larger groups with little notice - weve brought a larger group (10-15) young people in with no appointment several times and had no issues.

Always loved coming here! Always a great time and fun! I only have one setback ( which is not a real set back for most ) No changing table in the bathroom for little ones! Granted, I understand not many people are going to bring kiddos in diapers to a bowling ally, but I was not the only one with a kiddo in diapers there, At least to have one in the ladies room would be great! Like I said, its not a set back on the place as a whole, It wont stop me from coming in :)

We were sent to this place by a different bowling alley because they were having league play only, at the time. When we arrived here, they were very willing to accomodate us even though it was close to their league play time. The girl came over and helped us set up and everything. Great service and kind employees. Their prices are fair and it is a nice, clean atmosphere. Excellent place to bowl! 5 Thumbs up (Dee, Mikel, Austin, Ally and Kyle)

Dont bowl at this alley. They called the cops when I brought a glass of water in with me. Their policy is for you to buy bottled water or use the drinking fountain. They held my bowling ball so I couldnt leave. Their manager, Matt, has terrible people skills. Do yourself a favor and bowl elsewhere! If I could give them a lower rating I would! I didnt give them 2 starts....someone changed my review! I would give them negative 5 stars!

Everything was going well untill the fat white women at the front came up to us telling us that they had been watching us tossing 2 balls at the same time , first of all I had my 2 girls playing in that lane so some balls didnt make it all the way , and she came up to us all rude saying that if we did that agien we were going to be asked to leave its not like we were playing for free what a waist of 100 dollars!!!!

My mom and I started bowling again, so we decided to Bowl in a League at this AMF. The staff is pretty cool, and if we have an issue or a problem, they help us out the best they can. Great attitudes and experience. The lanes are different than the wood lanes I was used to, (synthetic vs. wood) and I lost my hook...but thats the Game. Awesome Staff, Foods great and the Pro Shop REALLY is accommodating.

I like AMF for a lot of reasons, but this location is not for me. The hours of operation differ from what is listed online. I watched an associate defer 4 different groups of people telling them the bowling alley closes at 11 (online it says 12 midnight). I was there at 10pm when this all happened. Anyway, take your business to a different location, preferably one that takes pride in their customers.

we had a birthday party here last Saturday, without buying a birthday package. My grandson turned 8 + 4 boys and we had a 2-1/2 yr old too. Bob went way above and beyond to help us get situated, brought out the bowl slide, helped us retrieve balls 3 times, helped pick out the right size and weights of bowling balls and just was so very pleasant and patient the whole time!! Thank you BOB

Its a nice alley. But if you bring your kids and they want to play the video games, you have to watch out for the four blonde kids that beg for quarters and try to play your kids games for them. The last couple times that I went there....they were there. I told their parents that they were doing that and said they were just being kids. Other than that the lanes and prices are fine

I love bowling but this place robbed the fun. Bad receptionist experience. Too many hidden prices. They make it look like they are giving 3 free rounds but during payment they count those 3 rounds as a full 10 round game and charge you for that. When asked, they were really disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. DONT GO !!!

My husband and I bought my 6-year-old daughter here to bowl, and we were very impressed. The place is very clean, brand new bowling shoes, and all the bowling balls were sorted by weight. The woman at the counter was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. We would consider having our daughters birthday party here.

Great place, good location and nice facility. However, waaaayyyy understaffed. You have to wait, wait, wait. There was not anyone at the front desk for like 5 mins when we got there. I had to go find someone who was able to see me but was changing channels on the TV.

enjoyed playing here but they mentioned closing time as 12am on their website on mondays, but they closed by 11pm. Online information is not accurate or dont know why they closed at 11pm. Disappointed with the timing rest other is fine.

Clean location with friendly, helpful staff. The equipment and bowling balls worked without any failures. Appears to have been remodeled recently, which is great. No complaints. Ill definitely be back for more bowling in the future.

Good place to bowl but the fact that you cant get the crabby old lady working the snack bar to wait on you unless she feels like it makes it an overall bad place to go. Maybe someday theyll fire her and Ill start bowling there again

Over priced and the worst parking lot ever big ass holes the parking lot will destroy your car you must be very careful typical over priced corporate place i wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Great place to bowl and have fun. We usually get the two hours of bowling for two people Groupon deal which makes things much more affordable. Friendly staff and good drinks!
