If I could put negative stars I would. I drove an hour to meet up with some close friends and then security turned me away for wearing shorts. My shorts were nice shorts too. Nicer then most people clothes in general. Too many rules equals bad Business especially for a club. On top of that Im from NY the only pants I own are for work. Other then that I wear shorts as everyday in AZ is Summer. Also all those girl you just let in without a security check... Well it takes one chick to be packing something. Try have better security if your having problems. Dont take a right away as a person to wear shorts. I mean there shorts and if you trying to draw a nicer Crowd and from the sounds of it nicer crowd means white or just rich proper crowd. Dont make shorts a restrictions. There are nice people that wear shorts. Finally, You had people drinking and smoking weed before in the parking lot. There are buds and beer cans/bottles all over the lot. And you let them in. So to me it sounds like your problems are coming from bad security not dress code. Just plan absurd!!!

STUPIDEST CLUB EVER. I was going to go here for the first time since I had never been. I had a long day at work so I changed out of my heels I had been wearing into my sandals. I got up to the entrance and was trying to ask the security guy who was basically belligerent a few questions he kept telling me to hold on because he was too busy flirting with the underage girls in front of my group who had forgot their IDs and obviously seemed to be trying to swindle their way in. When the girls finally uncomfortably told him they were gunna wait and we could go first he rudely turned our group away (without ever answering my question) because my friend was wearing shorts and I had on sandals.. After this whole experience I went home since it seems like they let anyone in who fits the dress code, if I ever return here I guess I will bring my snowsuit...

I had never been here before and I am new to Az so decided to go with a friend. I dont smoke hookah but I love dancing and a super soial person, so I figured that I would be able to go and meet some new people. My main complaint is the music is WAY too loud. I understand having loud music especially on the dance floor, but in the lounge area it should be quieter that way you can talk to people. In the lounge area you still have to scream right in their ear and they might here you. I only stayed for about 2 hours because I couldnt meet anybody to dance with because you cant talk to anybody. If I had gone with a group of friends it would have been a lot more fun but either way I still like to meet new people when I go out. So my suggestion to them is turn down the music a tad on the dance floor and significantly in the hookah lounge.

Most part was good. The only big problem was it was to hot, AC was broke or down to low.. Alsoooo... need a bar, My lady was really upset about that. This place is close to home so we picked it. We understand its 18 and up thats why no bar but come on find away.. Can not make real money from the door only... Those 2 reason are the only reason why we wont go back... OHHH!!! ONE MORE BIG THING, DJ DIDNT PLAY THE SONG MY LADY REQUESTED BUT HE SAID HE WOULD THAT WAS REALLY BAD.. ITS ALL ABOUT THE LADYS... FYI!!!

GARBAGE SERVICE. no call back after two requests for call back. 18 yr old security staff w/ NO SECURITY EXPERTISE. YOU ARE AS SAFE THERE AS A REJECT IN PRISON. DIRTY.....SPILLS ALL OVER THE FLOOR.....TRIPPING HAZARDS EVERYWHERE....FIRE HAZARD AND VIOLATIONS EVERYWHERE....HORRIBLE MUSIC ARTISTS, HORRIBLE SOUND SYSTEM, WAY OVERPRICED COVER CHARGE, BARTENDED HAD NO CLUE WHAT BASIC DRINKS OR SERVICE WERE/ARE.

some friends and I were looking for a new hookah spot to try out and gladly came across this new spot and decided to give it a try.The location is great right in downtown Oakland and easy to find parking. The staff is extremely friendly and at your service. The hookah is extremely flavorful I recommend white gummy and island Papaya. Definitely a good spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a night out

We waited about an hour and a half before we got our hookah! And they didnt even remember we had to go tell them, all they said was that they were making it. We got sat all the way in the back and there was a big group in front of us, and we couldnt see anything, they were all standing up. The girl charging was over charging us had to explain to her a couple times. Worst club ever tbh

Not what we were expecting. Its okay for a college crowd thats into reguetón and hip hop. We went on Friday which was advertised as Banda night. We spent about three hours there and no banda played. The DJ kept playing reguetón and hip hip. We were disappointed since the reason we chose to go there was because they advertised there would be two bandas playing.

This is the perfect club for the 18+ . They have Latin and Hip Hop nights with some of the best DJs in AZ. They are continuously trying new things here. Also providing VIP sections for a convenient and memorable expierence. Best Hookah with a variety of flavors and substitutes! Staff is always willing to help. I love pure saturdays here !!

Not a club type of person but I loved it. The bouncers were nice the bartender was great. Its small and it got packed pretty quick. The DJ was amazing I loved music he played. The gogo dancers had nice wardrobe although they werent the best dancers lol its pretty pricey but it was a good club and I will be coming back.

Really fun place to go if youre over 18 but under 21. I really appreciate their security measures. They care about guest safety and I honestly felt safer here than most other phoenix clubs. Only thing I wish is that they played danceable songs. I guess it depends on the DJ they have on certain nights. Overall fun place.

First time there and big dissapointmemt!! Place gets way over packed they let to many people in cant even dance. Also got a hookah different flavors twice and didnt even have flavor at all they rip you off by not filling it right! ! And the music sucks cant even dance to anything cause they play wack songs!

This was my first time going and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere and the staff are great. Customer service is amazing. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time on the weekend. By far the greatest hookah lounge/club I have been to.

Club Cloud N9ne is a good place to the younger crowd to go out and dance with friends! There is a lot of great music and they have hookahs you can smoke there. There are a lot of exciting thing going on all the time!!! Go there for an awesome night out with your friends!

Smells nice cause the hookah smoke but other than that the dance floor is laughable at best cause how small it is once people start dancing you wonder if its even worth trying cause youre steadily getting shoved around but the music was great
