Bobby Qs has this certain attitude everytime I come. I thought it was just me until I observed others treated the same way. The customer service was horrible . It seemed that they really didnt want to business with me and the others around me . I am not sure why we were treated in such a rude way. A male Infront of me was on a guest list and told the cashier after she already took his money. She rolled her eyes and said "well you are "gonna" have to talk to him and pointed to him. The manger looked at the dude up and down and was like oh the guest list ended at 10:30. (I believe because he didnt want to give the man his money back .) Howevwe the friend before me got in on the guest list well after 10:30 because we were told 11pm. The cashier even lied about one of my friends not being on the guest list when you could clearly see the name . Everytime I go to Bobby Qs on a Thursday I feel unwanted but so willing to collect my money .

I had family in town visiting and decided to go out to the Q lounge on Saturday, November 26th. Upon arriving, we got practically harassed by the security guards at the door. They were rude from the gecko.... One of them snapped my boyfriends I.D and didnt even apologize for it but responded "oh well, just wanted to make sure its not fake". He didnt even show remorse or offer to replace it..... After we got inside, we went looking for the Security Manager to complain. After telling him the situation, he didnt even care but stuck up for his employee and said "we check IDs like that sometimes" & "when theyre fake, they tend to snap in half"... which my boyfriends didnt because it was REAL!!!!!!!! It ruined are night and we ended up leaving. I do not recommend this place and we definitely will not being back. SECURITY IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give them a zero if I could. My wife id scans just fine but my newer id doesnt. Lie! I saw the green light when mine scanned, dude just didnt want me in there. Told me he had to scan everyones ids but let a guy behind me in with a passport. You cant scan a passport. Told him all you need to do is look at the security features and it shows You it is a real id. "Security" says its not about the features but the system. Well they have a lousy system that only works for the people they want to see in there. He didnt want me going in point blank. Manager never came and we left. This experience made it to where we will never step foot up in this poorly ran establishment. I dont care if it is daylight, not getting my money nor my time.

we move to AZ 10 years ago and we being going to that place since then , I like that place is nice but the last time we went there , my wife make a reservation 2 days ahead and they couldnt find our table , so I paid for a boot , but wen I we call they give us a price of 260 dollars bottle service including the boot table , and any additional bottle if we need more was going to be cheaper , and they try to charge me 300 dollars wen I told her I paid 260 for the first one she said ok give 260 , but right after we opened we gat kick out because they said my sister in law was already drunk so we left a new bottler there .. so bad because we really like that place , now I dont know if I ever want to go back

I have been coming here for years and never had a problem....Went on Friday night and they wouldnt let my bf in even though we were just there 2 weeks prior...they said his id didnt look like him (in his id pic he had a shaved head but he let his hair grow out, not long or anything ) we were trying to celebrate his birthday but security was giving us a hard time... they were rude! Rude to the point that were never going back ...we have had reservations for his birthday dinner the next night! They even scanned his id and found him from when we went 2 weeks prior but still nothing! We loved this place but just this bad experience well never go again!

They clearly dont want black people there. Owner called me "boy" and when I confronted him about it he got scared and called his sissy rent a cop security. I was told this place was racist. Now I know for sure. Avoid at all costs. Just read the yelp reviews and see for yourself like I should have done in the first place. Youd think the Mexicans would be the last to discriminate with the threat of Trump becoming president but apparently at this place they dont see things reasonably.

Couldnt get in cause they said my pants where to baggy. But I had on slim fitting pants. Saw people who couldnt get in because of the dress code. But they were African American....abd interacial couples. Smh...totally disappointed. But they let Mexican and Caucasian males in with longer and baggier pants. I believe the dress code is very discriminatory here towards blacks................NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!

Security sucks here they try to find any little excuess to not let u in! I swear my friend had a dimiond hat on and security says "u cant wear that hat in here" than changed his mind because its not sports related than tells him to come back thats "his pants are a inch to baggy"! I or my friends will never come back to this place!

All youll find here is a bunch of fat unattractive Mexican girls who think theyre so sexy and broke ass Mexican guys who try really hard to make it seem like they have money. Fights always break out. The place itself is nice, but not worth the $15 to get in and the $9 for a drink on the patio from an ugly bartender. However, inside was better. Nicholas, one of the bar tenders was great! Id definitely go back to see him. Other than that, women shouldnt be paying $15 cover. Id pay maybe $5.

Great food and wait staff! Be careful at happy hour, though. If the door person doesnt like the way you are dressed, they wont let you in. Came from work, but denied entrance. I guess If I barely had any clothing on, I would have had no problem. Was a regular, but no more.

Horrible door service, prejudice, racist, rude. Drive so far to bring lots of friends for business and always get harassed by security for dress codes that always change randomly. Dont waste your time with this disgusting so called lounge!!! ALEXS HOME FURNITURE

They let Gangbangers into this place--this is a very High crime area. The Security cannot keep the place under control--they allow gangs to have meetings out front??? They allow people to assualt eachother out front??? Its NOT SAFE DONT COME HERE!!!

Went on a Friday night they had 2 dance floors both with different music to fit different tastes. The bartenders were really friendly and on top of their job didnt really have to wait long at the bar. They have multiple bar areas as well.
