It is a great place and good vibe, very diversed with the people. If it wasnt for a certain experience I had I would have given it 5 stars. I came in and was buying drinks and dancing amd cheering for their live band for almost an hour. I was there with my wife and friend whose birthday it was for him. A bouncer later came up to me and told me to remove mt hat. I asked why now since i been here for am hour already and no one has said anything and i was let in with it on. He still made me take it off. I followed his commands and removed my hat. I then asked a waitress for the manager and they brought forth the bouncer who let me in with it. He apologised for the inconvenience and said i could have it back on. I was greatful but my time with my wife was already ruined. I will probably return one day and hopefully have a better time but tonight it was absolutely ruined. I know i am venting but cmon let me know from the beginning and i would have had no problem with the situation and would have removed my hat. Sorry this was my first time there and I wish it would have been a better experience.

A special event was happening when we arrived for dinner just after 7 pm. So our seating options were restricted. What REALLY was the worse part of the experience was the amount of time it took to be noticed by any server BEFORE we were approached to even get water, over 30 minutes!!! Once service began it wasnt too bad, however, AFTER wed paid the check, I was LEFT waiting AGAIN for another 25 minutes, never heard from the server again, to try to get my food boxed up to bring home. At 9:20pm, I was fed up and FINALLY just left!!! Half of my expensive Brie platter left for the trash! I will NOT be returning. Horrible to have to sit abandoned by staff before and after for more than an hour. Arrived at 7:02 pm, LEFT angrily at 9:27 pm! Absurd for a simple 2 person dinner one drink each and one food order each! NOT worth my 2.5 hours. They werent even that busy!

The whole bar was extremely crowded to the point that I could not move. It was impossible to order anything without literally screaming to the waitress. The dress code is not strictly enforced as I was disapointed to see so many guys wearing t-shirts & flip flops. This is very much a bar for an older crowd & stereotypical scottsdale. If you are under 40 you will feel very left out. Bartenders were rude & the layout of the place seemed very odd. I definatley will not be going back. Unless you are willing to pay $12 - $15 for a martini this is not the place for you. Next time I go out it will be to a more laid back bar where the music is good, where I can talk without yelling & the service is better. There are far better bars to choose from than this place.

High price low quality poorly prepared food and over priced drinks searved by stuck up self absorbed staff that have nothing but disgust and contempt for the customers they serve. Ran by arrogant cocky self important managers that are about as friendly and trust worthy as a crocodile in a petting zoo. Falling apart lack Luster dated décor and a blown sound system along with a hood rat and thug friendly environment complete the ensemble for an experience youll wish you could forget. It would be cheaper and more fun to drive down the street throwing money out the window listening to a foreign radio station threw blown speakers whilst having a soiled homeless person punch you in the face. Do yourself a favour and cross this little strip mall gem off your list

I was on a much needed vacation from Michigan and have always dined at nice places....I came to blue martini because a friend that lives in Arizona mentioned it and I was somewhat disappointed with the service I received when there, the waitress was not attentive,rude and busy chatting with co workers and didnt seem to care about customer service. For it to be such a nice place the owner should make sure management trains and watch the people they have serving their customers! I also had to send back dirty silverware and complain about the waitress that served me that night and made sure that I was served by anyone else but her. The manager that night apologized and made things right....FYI: To the owner dont allow bad employees to ruin such a nice place.

My experience here was a surprise, get carded by the bouncer... Walk in to pay $10 cover, as soon as its paid bouncer comes up and says I cant wear a hat (few people inside wearing hats). They suggested I give my hat to the lady taking covers and go into the mens room to gel my hair and comb it... I do it, go to the bar and checked the price for a shot of bulliet.. $17 w/no tip yet. At this point Im trying to understand why its rated high on Google. First time here and the last... I heard they were over priced but I didnt think they would steep so low to take a $10 cover from me and tell me I dont fit dress code. My friends will hear about this. Also, a group was asking for the manager as I was walking out.. hopefully theyll post there review..

Ive been here a few times and I have to say the drinks are really good and I like the music, but the service is terrible. I had to hunt down the waitress several time for service. I had to go to the bar and get my own water because she was nowhere to be found. She gave me my check when I had been planning to order another drink. I felt like she just wanted us out if there. Oh and she tried to overcharge us for our drinks. I dont really like the required attire for the waitresses, but I understand a lot if bars require the women to wear revealing clothes, but cant they at least have their butt cracks covered. I think that is so trashy and I will think twice about if I ever want to come back.

The security guard Mike is so racist! During Thursdays latino night I witnessed how he racially profiled a group of Hispanic people and spoke discrimativley to them all because some of them were tourist visiting from another country and they were not let in because they didnt have a passport. No one deserves to be treated descrimatively just because they are from another country or because one has an accent. Not to mention, when the manager with glasses who is Caucasian was spoken to about this incident the manager immediately took the racist security guard side! SMH! NO HISPANIC SHOULD SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT ALLOWS THIS RACIST TREATMENT AND BEHAVIOR! DONT SUPPORT BLUE MARTINI!

Just had to say that it was the first time at the blue martini and we had the BEST time ever! the J.J.s were playing there! great band and the music was a blast! after the band had finished the DJ put on his music and it was great hits and dance music! Will be going again for SURE!!! we are from out of town and will be attending the NYE celebrations at BLUE MARTINI!!!!! thanks guys and girls for a great place to dance and have fun! Angi and Bill
