What a great place! We were in Williamsburg for a Basketball Tournament. After a long hard day, a couple of the players decided to meet here to have a little fun. It started lightning, thundering and raining. This didnt stop the kids (as it normally doesnt) they played for hours basically having the entire park to themselves. They LOVED it. We finally went into the arcade after riding several of the rides multiple times. They all wanted ice cream, since it had been so slow they had closed out the registers, so buying ice cream wasnt an option. They were all bummed. One of the managers came over and asked how everything was going and if the kids wanted to ride anymore rides. We said no they are good but they really wanted some ice cream. He went over and talked to the girl at the counter (who was super sweet) and asked her to give free ice cream to all the kids...The boys went wild! FREE ICE CREAM!! even the parents got some. We went outside to a picnic area and the manager came out and wanted to make sure everything was good and that we didnt want to ride anymore rides. When we said we were done they closed up, so no doubt they were open because of us. So very nice of this establishment to stay open for the kids even though the profit was so little. Thank you for making these boys have a fun day after their games didnt go so well. It was memory building for both the kids and the parents. We all had a great time and hope to visit again. I am sorry I didnt get all the names involved, but I can only assume that all your employees are like the ones I met. Thanks again from the parents of the WARRENTON MUSTANGS!!! *After reading some of the other comments, I wanted to let you know that the pricing was on point! I dont think people realize what it takes to run a business. You need to be able to make a profit somewhere. The fact that you havent raised pricing in 10 years is AMAZING! Keep doing what you are doing. Also your establishment is VERY CLEAN, which is a big PLUS for me. Thanks again!!

The mini golf was rigged. It was near impossible to get a hole in one. In my party of over 15 persistent children not one scored a hole in one over all 18 pars and it soured the night a bit. All throughout the putt putt the decorations were dynamite- Boom! (Explosions!) Is that really a wholesome family environment? Nobody warned us how wet the bumper boats would be, and while they were a delight, the after effects were uncomfortable and a forewarning would have been nicely appreciated. Then at kiddie land, I was just barely bordering on 60 inches and yet the workers held me back from enjoying the rides with the young ones. Also, the go karts would have been a little better if we were allowed to swerve, race, bump, etc. its a healthy competitive environment with a safe thrill for the kids to enjoy. The attractions were fabulous, but a simple and harmless joy taken away from the kids was on the Disk-O ride- they were not permitted to raise their hands up in excitement as is always a staple for amusement attractions. I must admit, I did take note of the large umbrellas strategically placed throughout the area. If the wonderful weather takes a turn and starts pouring as it has these last three days there would be plenty of shelter to take cover under. PS if possible, hand towels would be a great addition to the bathroom in the back left corner of the arcade (which was really nice) instead of just the hand dryer. Sometimes a paper towel is a nice option to have.

This place is delightful! The putt putt course is wonderful. I was really impressed by all of the attention to detail! If you get a hole-in-one on the last hole, you get a free game that never expires! The arcade has lots of fun games that you can get tickets from. These can be redeemed in a prize machine or at the prize table (fully restocked July 1st for the summer rush). The go-karts were fun and you get to go around the figure 8 track for a long time! The bumper boat pond was impeccably clean when we were there. I have no idea what the swamp comments were about. Maybe they were just from people who never go outside. The pool is by some trees and some woodchipping. These will get in from time to time due to a strange phenomenon called wind. I had never been to Go-Karts plus before this visit but will definitely come back often. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering Williamsburg is a tourist town. I posted some pictures of the wonderful putt putt course.

Very clean and well kept place. However my son is now 10 yrs old and 54" and he can only do the slower, very small oval Euro track. He doesnt meet the Figure 8 or Superstockkart track driver requirements of 58" or 60" (my wife barely meets these requirements and we are in our 40s) which are novice tracks with slower cars imho. When he was 8 yo & 48", he was already drifting fast karts around the slick-8 track at MotorWorld in Va Beach along with the 4 other much harder tracks as the driver. The environment seems great to hang with the family, but the other place is less restrictive on height, go much faster on a more difficult track and weve had zero safety incidents despite those so Motor World gets my money. Well check again in a few years because it is closer to me & update my review.

We went to Bush Gardens and rode ALL the rides and my 10 & 11 year olds were too "short" to drive all but one of the go karts. The one they could ride was almost to small and they gave warnings for bumping on the karts (unintentionally). This means if they "bumped" on another one they would not be allowed to ride any other rides. I asked nicely what this meant... the staff wasnt rude but it would be better to tell the child the rules and then give them a warning instead of scribbling all over their wrist band like they committed a crime. I could have sworn that this was for children to have fun. Also, no one can hear instructions if you ramble them off 100 mph. I guess we can call the $120 we spent a loss since we came here specifically for the karts.

Based on reading your reviews we are giving you a 5 star rating, just for putting up with all the unhappy and never will be happy people. We cant tell if thay love or hate your place. My wife and I have never been so confused. We would love to come and have a great time, but pretty sure we will hate every minute. We are definitely coming tomorrow, if the weather is prefect or if its semi perfect... we will still come. She hates going too fast, so hopefully she doesnt get the fastest car. We will definitely tell you guys to make it go slow or maybe a little slower, cause too slow may be way too slow. Maybe we will never come, especially since we are from jersey.. But we are visiting Williamsburg, so maybe we will come. Your truly, Renee & William Hess
