My fiancé & friends have been going to the AMF lanes on broad st near willow lawn for a couple years & just recently were forced to head to this location due to the previous being closed for a party. We had the BEST experience on... a Monday! Our server was the sweetest woman who brought us pitchers of water immediately (never heard of with bowling alleys) & attended to our every need. Every staff member we encountered from the initial point of contact at the rental station, to the manager, the housekeeping staff (the sweetest man of them all!), to our server. I even told the server that her attitude made the difference in us getting a good / bad experience. Any place can provide "bowling alley" food with a mediocre attitude, but she was EXCEPTIONAL! We are now going back here from here on out! Cannot talk highly enoujgh !

This place has turned into a dump. I used to come here a couple times a month roughly 5 years ago. It was always great. Went during the last few days every time we threw a ball down the lane it took roughly 2 minutes to finally make its way back. Eventually every one had to get 2 balls each just so we could bowl twice in an efficient amount of time. The extra ball would knock the first ball into the return machine. We went to get refreshments and no one was at the counter even after waiting for a couple minutes and hollered for service. If you bowl with kids you will have to bowl with bumpers because they dont raise and lower between turns. Hanover lanes is much better. Also you could barely here any music horrible bowling atmosphere.

The prices are outrageous for two kids and one adult. Then the lanes are so slick if you dont hit dead center. After complaining to the front and turning my shoes in I was offered for the bumpers to be put up only after we were half way through our game and just spent 34 dollars for one game.We wont be coming back since the kids got 20 pins the whole time. Worst experience bowling ever and all we were trying to so was have family time. I would have been better off taking my kids to the movies and paying that outrageous price.

My daughter and I went in at noon on Mothers Day. Everyone one we encountered on staff was very helpful and attentive. Nobody seemed disgruntled to be working on a Sunday AND Mothers Day. Everyone had smiles on their faces and seemed genuinely happy. The manager on duty was super helpful with getting is the appropriate equipment and setting up the lane. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Paid for 2 hrs. They shut us out at 20 mins before closing. We were able to play for only hr and half. When asked the manager, the only thing she was able to say was that they close at midnight and it was only 11:40.

Its a good place to hang out BUT the girl at the counter is a racist. I have been to several AMF lanes across U.S but this is the only place where I was treated differently bcoz of color.
