I have and will never play golf, however, my review is toward upper management simply not caring nor even attempting to prevent cars and windows being damaged to the adjacent property to the course. I know Im not the only one who has complained in the past. Ive seen the damage done to my neighbors cars and windows. I have 4 dents in my hood since Ive lived next to this golf course, and Westpark Golf Club management apparently expects one to quit their full time job to sit out back to track down the terrible golfers that cant hit the ball right. The position of my car and the probability a ball even hitting it, seems as if some people are purposely trying to hit our property. There are plenty of dog owners walking around, Ive seen balls fly across the condo roofs; its a matter of time a person or dog being hit and ending up in serious pain or worse. This is so infuriating, not only will I have to come out of my pocket to fix the issues that are disregarded by WPGC management, the value of my car is decreased by no fault of my own. Its as simple as putting signs up and a net! Commonsense is not very common, but please use it!

Goat track low budget op, not worth money, pro shop worthless and unhelpful, got harassed by maintenance guy for doing nothing wrong, overheard maintenance guys complaining about customers - explains harassment, made turn and pro shop let out 3 extremely slow groups cut in front on 10 tee and did not care - would not issue rain check, typical low budget op where staff has chip on shoulder and think they own the place, too many old guy "members" who are out there every day and take 5+ hours to play and do not care about groups behind them - pro shop does not care about pace of play, most employees out there for free golf - could careless about customer service, driving range terrible and should be closed unless you like hitting off concrete, they let juniors roam around and interfere with play, Go to Goose Creek, Brambleton, Algonkian, Reston, 1757 - worth the couple of bucks more

Before I arrived, I was worried, when you pull up the clubhouse doesnt really inspire a "wow" but after getting into the proshop and seeing the course i wanted to write this review: Im not sure why this course gets the bad ratings from the other reviewers. Ive been twice now and both times the clubhouse was helpful and in no way rude. The grounds guys will joke with you when you strike up converstation and all in all its a pretty laid back enviroment. The course itself is worth the rate as it is well kept and challenging. The rough is slightly harder to hit out of but just get better at golf and play from the fairway or use loftier clubs. I plan on going back a whole lot this season.

I took advantage of their weekday twilight special. All you can golf after 3pm with a cart for just $20. Realistically you finish 18 just before sunset anyway, but Im not all that great a golfer. The greens and fairways seemed as though they were in good shape to me. The course winds through some residential neighborhoods and its not always obvious where the next hole is, but the paths are marked well enough where I didnt get lost. Obviously not as nice as a private club, but it gets the job done nicely for an occasional golfer.

Played in December so to be fair, this rating is based on an off season round. Few staff. No starter. No blue or red tees. No water coolers. No bunker rakes. Neighborhood drainage through the course so many parts were soggy and muddy. Random singles joined our twosome which was fine. Pace was slow. The fairway reminded me of my lawn. Pretty flat. Lost one ball.

This course is ok. Ive been playing it for close to 30 years now. Used to play it all the time but had not been in 4 or 5 years. I always liked the layout but the course condition does not meet the price $$ to play. This should be at max a $30 with cart round but they are asking close to $50. Bring the price down and the stars go up.

I purchased two Westpark certificates by mistake, thinking of a Richmond course with a similar name. I left 15 or 20 messages for John (owner/manager) to contact me to see if I could extend the expiration date and he refused the courtesy of a response. Speaks poorly of this course.

Tee boxes are mud. Hitting out of the rough is easier than the fairway. Bunkers are completely flat. Had to put out of a bunker because there was no chance i would hit it clean with a wedge. Clubhouse looks like a Days Inn.

Terrible customer service. Was late for my tee time by a few minutes. The guy at the front desk with an accent was outright rude. Will never play her again And will dissuade people if I can.

Great course if your just learning golf or need to practice before you play the big game with the boss. Best part, during the week you can walk 18 for $15 or ride for only $25!!

Had a good time today. Lost a lot of balls in the leaves and they were good shots. Sort of. Not a bad place to play for the cost.
