I waited almost 5 minutes before I was greeted by young girl who seemed a bit annoyed that I had stopped her from playing on her cellphone. I ask her what my children could play on since they are very young and I have not been there before. But instead of explaining to me she pointed down toward a piece of paper with some pricing and again she seemed very annoyed. As I stood there and read this sheet she was tapping her fingers giving me the feeling as though she want me to hurry. This prompted me to leave. The reason for the 2 stars is because as I was leaving another young girl that just finished assisting other customers stop and said to have a good night. I explain the situation and she seemed concerned. So I have hope that maybe management may care enough to make changes to get better customer service so that all other employees are as good as the last girl mentioned. Maybe I will try one more time in the fall.

I was staying in the area with my toddler and she loved going here! I love they have longer hours then most indoor play centers, the $6 for the jungle and bounvy house and arcade access is well worth it! I always left with a happy tired toddler! The staff is very laid back and it never seemed to be crowded. Great place to neat the cold of winter or heat of summer. There heating/cooling system could use an upgrade - but it 100% better then being outside when the weather is a mess! They have so much for older children too.

This place is terrible. Spent 60 for two kids and that doesnt even allow them to do everything. The moon bounce is all full of holes and pretty much flat. There was three people working in the whole place so you couldnt get any service. The place was dirty literally band aids on the floor. After twenty minutes of being there I was ready to ask for a refund and go somewhere else but I figured Id give it a chance. Mistake!!! I would recommend monkey joes, ballocity at the works, or bounce you over this place.

No structure what so ever to the different areas of the building. We had parents and children wondering all over the gold course budging and walking on the game while the balls were being hit. Maybe not so much tge place as to tge people not watching there children. Wheb we went to ball the ballium game the front desl forgot about us as well, yet were sitting on their phones when i asled for assistance for the 2nd time. Trash left all over the tables as well. Not a place i will spend my money on again..

We drove an hour here to meet friends and the first thing the manager asked us was if we saw the camp kids and if we actually wanted to stay. Well yes we stayed because like I said we were meeting friends. I didnt mind the campers, but what I did mind was the lackluster staff, tired look of the place, and the number of broken arcade games for the kids. If this place was nearby me, I wouldnt choose to return. Its sad because it has the potential to be a great place for kids.

Great place to let small kids run around in the bouncy jungle but once that gets old not much is left. No one else around so you have to go back to the front desk for them to turn things on. Tried to play the balladium but the balls wouldnt even reach the targets. Most of the arcade games are either obviously broke or take your money and do nothing. Its a shame since is looks like a lot of fun. The mini golf was good for toddlers.

I recently visited this facility it smelled like a nylon sleeping bag inside of a retirement home. During my visit there was an elderly man walking around the outside of the facility that looked like Alec Baldwin, but sounded like lil Wayne on bath salts. I can say I will never return to this jungle wonder in this life time, but maybe in another. Good cheeseburgers though.

Terrible customer service. We stood at the counter and watched some guy who looked like sadam Hussein do dishes. Then he talked on his cell phone. He looked right at me and ignored me. Even my 9 year old daughter thought it was rude. Also the games are outdated and lame. This place will be out of buisness inside of a year. Stay away.

Alot of the arcade games are broken, out dated, or just plain odd. I didnt see any employees on the floor to help with questions, broken equipment or ensure that safety measures were being followed. It was also uncomfortably warm inside. My son did enjoy the jungle gym though, which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

Went on a weekend, with a two year old.. There was a party going on, staff just sat at the counter and bs. Parent of 6-10yrs allowed there kids to play in the under 3 zone which wasnt much.. Left after 10 minutes. The staff are teenage who just dont care and play on the phones.. Kids watching kids with no adults.

Everything old, neat but old. Staff could care less whats going on. We paid for the bigger games and no one there to even turn them on or regulate who has oaid and who has not. Big waste of money. Trashy place. Never going again.

Paid to pay everything but then there were no other kids to play Lazer Tag with, so I wasted my money. Very run down. Floor and tables were disgusting and dirty. Not worth the money at all!

We had excellent time with our party. Kids had a blast. It is one of the places where kids of all ages can enjoy. Another cice part is they allow outside food for family parties.

We go all the time. The place has potential to be super cool if a little more effort was put into it. Could be cleaner. Its huge, but you wouldnt know to go past the bathrooms.

Great for a midweek play session for the kids for cheap. A bit dusty, its crowded on the weekends, and staff is scarce, but midweek is awesome.

A fun place to let the kids run around and use up some energy. Lots of different activities to do but some things could use a refresher.

Great for a rainy day for a 4 year old in the "jumgle" part. Too many of the games didnt work, or stole the "coins".
